Previously we were able to navigate directly from the member we were talking to, to their lists page, From this page, we used to have a drop-down button Manage Registration which gave you the option to either Resend registration email or Reset password.  So this meant there were 2 clicks to reset a password, and that my team could stay on the tab they were working on with the member.  Now, if a member calls or emails for a password reset we need to: Click Content Click Memberships Scroll the list and then click the list named KB Access: All Members - List Sync  Find the member using the search option Then click password reset or resend registration.   This new process requires opening a separate tab to the member profile and then 5 clicks versus the old process which was 2 clicks. My team’s morale is down about it, so they are working even more slowly. Please implore your leads to undo this terrible move. When an IP address is excluded from analytics/activity tracking, form submissions from that IP address are automatically listed as spam submissions.   I recommend that an option be added to exempt those form submissions from the spam filter.   We use a large number of forms, and we sometimes need our own staff to fill out those forms. All of our staff are on a VPN, and that VPN is excluded from analytics tracking, so form submissions by our staff are automatically marked as spam.   We do not want to enable alaytics tracking for our staff; their activity on the website does not need to be tracked, nor do they need to be included in retargeting audiences. However, we do need to see the forms they submit.   To be honest, I don't understand why these two things are combined in this way, but I accept that someone, somewhere has a business case where it makes sense. It doesn't make sense for us. I would love to be able to add in the new association labels using a workflow - rather than needing to do this manually. this would enable businesses who have contact A who makes a booking and Contacts B, C, D etc who attend a course or an event flagged as attendees. so a business knows which are valuable contacts.   It would also be helpful to be able to use a workflow to send different communications to clients based on their association tag. ...read more

With various AI platforms continuing to gain momentum, it would be super beneficial to have the ability to parse out leads from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc. from into their own, new Original Source category: AI Search.   This way, HubSpot CRM users can more easily see data in their dashboards at a high level and can pinpoint which popular AI platforms are producing leads.
