We need the ability as HubSpot administrators to change the Original Source field in Contacts to fix errors and "weird stuff" that can happen for more accurate lead and ROI tracking. I have several contacts set to Offline Sources that where really AdWords. It usually works but when it doesn't we are powerless to fix it. Without getting it fixed the ROI reports lose some of their (**bleep**). The existing reports that are tied to Original Source are grea, but for smaller companies, where correcting a couple incorrect Original Sources for a 30 day period, are very important. If I had 100's of new contacts off of AdWords every month I wouldn't worry abt missing a few. Using a custom field is not really a solution since you then give up using all the stock reports that leverage Original Source.

As a part of the calling tool within hubspot sales it's be incredibly useful to be able to add call scripts for the sales team. So selct, 'discovery call', 'cold call', 'referral call' and it would generate the relevant script. There could be a variety of scripts which they can click through depending on the clients response, and also areas to click to handle client objections/rebuttals. Essentially it'd be a flow chart in the background, IF this THEN this but only display the relevant responses to the sales person using the script. This would all be using a graphical user interface. This would help standardise the sales process which as we all know is the key to generating consistent success.

I often need to CC or BCC someone when sending an email from the mobile app. That function doesn't seem to be available, forcing me to go outside the app to send emails and BCC Hubspot from outside. Can this feature be added?

Need a report that captures which forms have been filled out the most so I can see the running total on my dashboard. This would give a quick view of the amount of contacts captured and which channels captured the most. Currently, you have to go to each contact and look individually to see where they came from and what they filled out. Getting a top line view of the most used forms would be helpful.

Hi, Companies that have custom iOS apps need to be able to support universal links (deep links). This is where a user gets a link (via email or through other means), taps on that link, and then iOS automatically opens the company app referenced in that link. Currently, it's not possible with hubspot, because we cannot upload to the root folder. It's simple to fix, all that apple requires is for us to host a static json file at https://mycompany.com/.well-known/apple-app-site-association. See apple documentation: https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/General/Conceptual/AppSearch/UniversalLinks.html1 I asked support about this, and they agreed it's not currently possible, see https://integrate.hubspot.com/t/how-to-set-up-universal-links-in-hubspot-for-ios/7776 One possible solution: give us access to the /.well-known/ folder, without needing to give us access for the root folder.

Under Companies on the Android app it is not showing the linked contacts with that company like it does on the iPhone app. This is a must for our company to use Hubspot in the field!

The addition of snippets was a massive help to our teams efficiency. However, many of our sales reps still use a different extension that allows them to use snippets from within their Gmail Inbox when sending emails. Since we still rely on our Gmail inboxes it would be helpful to have access to snippets there.

We are working on a project where we are migrating a client from Dynamics to HubSpot. They use products in the Opportunities in Dynamics and were delighted to find out that Products could now be added to deals in HubSpot. Now we have found out that the API doesn't support the data being imported. What are the plans at HubSpot to get this added to the API?

In the Messages tool, there is currently an option to disable "HubSpot Branding" (see here). This option does no affect the HubSpot branding on chat transcripts sent to contacts by email after interacting via Messages. These transcripts continue to show a "Presented by HubSpot" branding at the end of the email. This non-optional branding on chat transcripts is made more jarring by the fact that chat transcripts cannot be switched off, either (see here). The suggested solution would be to remove HubSpot branding from chat transcripts by email for customers who have disables HubSpot branding in their Messages settings.

Currently, if I want to allow a prospect to schedule a meeting online with Sales in real time, I can do so using Sales > Meetings. The challenge is that if its a new lead, I'd like a means of creating it, and having all information about that lead preserved, such as their Lead Source, Original Source, etc. Currently, all leads created using the Meetings tool, defaults the value of Original Source to offline, regardless of what the original value was. If I use two forms (one up front to create the lead and a second to schedule the meeting), there are unnecessary steps or the user must fill in field values twice (because when scheduling the meeting, the values are not in the contact database yet.) User Story: A Marketing User can create a lead form and embed the "schedule a meeting" function to allow a new lead to immediately book with a sales person or team (if team calendars are enabled.) All lead data is perserved and no fields must be entered more than one time.
