At our company there could be a possibility of up to 3 people working on the same deal. Now for reporting and sorting purposes I have created a salesperson 2 and 3 field however, the amount doesn't split between them obviously as they are custom fields.   My proposal is for Hubspot to by default allow for more than one salesperson on a deal and then for the amount in the "Amount" field to be split between them. Going even further it would be extremely beneficial if you could choose the split between them depending on if it is two or three people. (80/20, 33/33/33, 50/50, 70/20/10, etc.)   The main benefit from this is then the ability to pull a report based off of a field that split amount would go in (ex: Salesperson 2 Amount) and then the report would show accurate profit for all salespeople. The way it currently is depending on the whoever the owner is they have WAY more than the others on the same deal because it is putting 100% of the amount onto them which for our viewing purposes isn't accurate.   Thanks for taking the time to read this, Ryan ...read more

I realised after spending 2 hours trying to get the right reports on out dashboard, that I would now need to repeat this process 10 more times, as we need to see each vendor sales figures for each team.    We need to be able to clone the whole dashboard or be able to clone a report to a specific dashboard (not just to a new one).    Please let me know if anyone else has any shortcut ideas! ...read more

Currently, if a meeting is booked and the meeting reminder is enabled, the reminder is sent to the contact even if the meeting was cancelled in the user's calendar or rescheduled to a different time. There is no way for a customer to stop or change the meeting reminder, so reminders are being sent out for cancelled meetings or sent with the wrong time for rescheduled meetings. This is confusing to the contact and could cause a lot of trouble with missed meetings if the HubSpot reminder and the meeting itself has a different time set.   It would be great if the meeting reminder could be updated when the meeting itself is changed, or if users had more control over the meeting reminder. ...read more

I would absolutely love to be able to optionally remove jQuery from custome templates.    Our customer profile:   We're an agency that is comfortable with HTML / CSS / JavaScript  (as well as Strategy / Design & Digital Marketing) and want to use HubSpot to take advantage of it's marketing automation abilities for our internal use.  Since we're still learning, we want to fully "buy-in" to be able to take advantage of all available features and to see what HubSpot can do for us.   However, currently, that requires us to sacrifice page speed. Of course, we could host our blog ourselves, and simply include HubSpot analytics, however, as said earlier, we're looking to fully "buy-in" to see what HubSpot can do for us without worrying that we're being limited in some way.   jQuery version 1.7 clocks in at almost ~100KB and is loaded in the document's head.  Ouch!     That being said, the hubl tags are enjoyable to use, and I can see more developers preferring HubSpot over WordPress for their clients' blogs and websites.  Keep up the good work! ...read more

Hi,   It'd be really helpful if If/Then branches could be based on more than one case. For example, if I want to send a specific email to a contact based a property value, and there are 5 property options, this requires 4 If/then branches. Would be great if one block could manage multiple cases.   Following an if/then branch or the above case branch, would be helpful to be able to rejoin branches so that the remaining blocks do not need to be duplicated for each branch. So, if I just wanted to change 1 email in the above example per a property value, but the rest of the workflow is the same, I could build only one series that applies to all 5 branches.   Thanks! It would be GREAT! if HubSpot could extend the Workflows capability to update Deals. Currently, you can use workflow to create or assign a deal... but not update one.   Example: If Deal is marked as Lost Than Set Deal Lost date to X.   Many use cases here automatically updating deals if it were possible.   Thanks,     ...read more
