HubSpot really needs to improve its ability to post to Instagram. Right now, the only workaround to post more than one picture to our company Instagram page is to send them all to me and post them from my phone. Similarly, I have to send full videos to my phone and pst videos to Instagram the same way.    It basically limits the type of communications you can have through Instagram, which is a huge problem giving its primary platform. I am faced with the task of organising a large number of forms into folders.   However, to move any more than a couple of forms to folders is a time consuming and laborious process, requiring 5 clicks per form.    There is bulk move functionality within the File Manager, and possibly other areas of the site. Currently, there is no option to allow for the form to appear as the first thing the visitor sees on the pop-up. The visitor must first click on the pop-up and then the form appears. It seems more like a pop-up CTA not a pop-up form. One less step for the visitor would be for the form to just appear as the pop-up instead of a CTA first appearing and only when clicked will the form appear. How about having the option of choosing the association i.e deal that this call was made in regard to, once the "log a call" page layout appears in the mobile app? There can be multiple deals associated with the same contact and associating the calling activity to the right deal will create a way to track the activity on that particular deal. Making a call from the contact profile of the app, records the calling activity under the contact page. We would like to be able to add the calling activity in the relevant deal page instead. I know there is an option to choose "associations" under the relevant deal and choose the contact and call through that profile, to log the activity in the deal page instead (in the desktop version). However, the problem arises when the sales agent is unable to remember the name of the deal, but he MOSTLY remembers the name of the contact and searches under the contact directly. We are very particular around monitoring calling activity across each of the relevant deal, to track/manage the activity of the sale agent, and this will be very handy in the case of having different deal owners.  ...read more

Why can't we send HTML emails as part of HubSpot's new form follow-up email tool? The plain text emails don't allow us to add CTAs, images, and other essential email elements.   Until this is resolved, we will have to workflows to send our HTML autoresponder emails. ...read more

Our team uses the Tasks feature to assign tasks to one another.   We have trained the team to review their Tasks page frequently so they make sure to complete everything that is on their board.   Since last week, users opening the Tasks page are being defaulted to "Due today" instead of "Open Tasks". This is causing users to not realize they have tasks assigned to them up until the due date.   I would really like to set the display defaults for this Tasks page for my entire team, as well as view/edit the status of a task (In Progress, Waiting, etc) in the table view mode. ...read more

Today you updated the QUOTE template, but instead of Adding a new template, you Deleted and replaced the one I liked.  Some might say they "changed" it but let's be real, the old template is gone and this is a new one. Seems ridiculous that something so basic isn't supported on HubSpot. I have a form, the CTA button and the gated content all in HS but no way for the form to popup when someone clicks the CTA. Why do they need to be sent through to a different landing page to access the form? Give us a way to cut out this unnecessary step please ASAP!! ...read more
