Hey HubSpot!   The new associations columns from the index page are fantastic.    When there are one-many associations, it'd be really cool to have a shortcut link to the other index view that lists out those records of the different associated object type.    For clarity let me walk through an example:    A deal is associated with 8 companies. From the deals index page, I'd like to add Deal→Companies as a column. Then when I click into the "8 Companies" cell, I'd like to be redirected to the company index page listing out those filtered 8 records associated to that particular deal.    That would save many clicks and make those index pages next level. Hi guys! I think it would be great to allow add some custom JS or CSS to new CTA`s, so users can manage how button will look on different screen sizes, or add some additional logic. Creating multilanguage websites, landing pages and blog post takes a lot of time when the translations has to be done by ourselves and then pasted in the new asset. It'd be great if the new AI tool could use some automatic translatation tool to help speed up the process. When making a newsletter form for your website, you can currently add a GDPR and Privacy policy tickbox when customers are signing up for your email newsletter.   However, in the new CTA tool, you can make a newsletter popup but you can't add a GDPR checkbox.    This means the CTA tool can't be used for a newsletter sign up.   ...read more

I have two Microsoft 365 accounts   When I attempt to connect my personal email account to HubSpot to log, track, send, and receive emails in the HubSpot CRM it is automatically connecting to the Microsoft account that is not associated with this account. It would be nice to be able to add your position title as an employee of the company using Hubspot.  1- When you create a Team it would help people in this team know who is what. 2- When you send email from upspot it only say your name which in my eye make it less professional then your full information like phone number, title of your position in the company, etc. 3- It's the first time I see a CRM that dosent allow to add a position title for the employee.   I think it's a pretty easy one to add. What do you think ? ...read more

I'd like to be able to understand how deals are moving through our deal stages. The current deal funnel report is not showing the conversions from one stage to the next and you can't easily see if a deal is skipping a step. It's basically just a list of deals sorted by the stage it's currently in. It doesn't give me any actual insights. (*If you choose to show deals that have moved through all stages, you do get to see converstion rates, but only from deals moved thorough all of those stages. You cannot see rates for deals that were closed lost from stage 2 or see if deals are skipping stages.)   Would love to see a sankey chart journey report (similar to customer journey reports currently available) that shows how deals are moving stages through pipeline. Are there certain stages where deals are more often to be closed lost from? Are deals skipping any stages, or even moving backwards? What is my conversion from one stage to the next? Currently Journey Reports only allow for statis dates and this makes the Dashboards redundant as each journey report needs to be customised to change the dates to the current week / month...    It would be much more useful if you could use roling dates and just refresh. ...read more
