Messages is only utilized by two people and it's not our sole responsbility. Losing the "offline" function has been determintal to our ability to respond to inquires. We hop off and online all day and need this function back so it doesn't look like we are ignoring people. The message function almost becomes useless for us smaller chat-teams because of the loss of the "offline feature." Bring it back ASAP.

The automatic email "Don't have time to wait for an answer? Leave your email!" does not show on the conversation history, even when the customer puts in their email address. The conversation history should show exactly what the customer is seeing, and should show obviously if the customer has entered their email address (ie through message history or in another notification). This is hugely important, as we are not currently able to see email addresses of customers we miss on the chat function. Having the ability to see if the customer is typing, is also hugely beneficial to understand whether the customer is engaged and present or not.

We have multiple active websites and HubSpot landing pages, so we have hundreds of forms. It would be helpful to be able to categorize them within folders, both from an organizational standpoint and reporting. It would be helpful to be able to bucket them into folders (i.e. whitepaper forms, demo forms, etc.) or by other custom properties (campaign, what product they're promoting/related to, intended buyers stage, etc.).

Currently the Outlook (Office 365) integration only works with the "Meetings" feature where people can click a link and schedule a meeting with you. Under Contacts, when a meeting is created, the only way that the calendar can be integrated is with Google. Can Outlook (Office 365) integration be added here? I have to maintain meetings in both HubSpot (with contact) and Outlook (for scheduling). Whys is Outlook integration available in one part of HubSpot and not the other?

I understand that you in the Ads add-on have focused on leads, but I am really missing the ability to view the number of MQLs (or preferably the ability to select any lifecycle stage) created from my ads. I use MQLs as an important KPI and I cannot easily report on that in Ads which defeats the whole purpose of having the add-on.

Can the keywords report PLEASE integrate with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools? This would let us at least get a rough number on visits (which currently is almost useless) and be able to narrow down opportunities for conversion optimization from organic search more easily.

Looking for a way to limit who on my team can connect hubspot to a personal email. I need to strictly limit connections to select people. This could be either through permissions or by getting an alert when someone wants to connect - either solution would be fine. Checked with HubSpot customer support and it seems there isn't curently a solution for this. The concern is that some of our employees may have email with sensitive data and I want to eliminate the possibility of them connecting. This is a significant hurdle for our adoption of sales hub so if anybody has ideas I'd love to hear them. Thanks!

I am unable to post my videos to Instagram via the current social scheduler tool. HootSuite handles the videos just fine so it's not a video issue, it's the parameters within the tool. Support wasn't able to assist other than to say, Ya, it's the tool, not your video, submit it for a feature request in the idea forum. Would be awesome to get rid of my HootSuite subscription and use HubSpot exclusively.

Hi everyone, I have the following problem: I receive excel files with company records which I need to import to HubSpot with the only goal of updating their records (for example because the companies have been participating in an event, therefore I would like to ‘tag’ that in HubSpot. We already have those company records in HubSpot. The problem however is that some companies have one headquarters and 3 local offices, which means that we already have 4 company records with the same domain address. Therefore, when I import a file, I cannot update the company I would like (in my case headquarters) because HubSpot uses 2 unique identifiers: ‘domain name’ & ‘record id’. So, since I cannot use the domain name the 2nd possibility is ‘record id’. But to get the ‘record id’ I need to search for each company in HubSpot, and place that information in the excel sheet to import, so with the same success, I can add the tags manually. However, when you have more than 500 companies to update, it takes a lot of time to go through all of them. Therefore I am asking, if it would be possible to either have a 3rd unique identifier for Headquarter / Local Office or even better (if possible) companies to have the right to choose their perfect 3 unique identifier which will allow them to use that property for imports as well as for integration purposes.
