When creating a new ticket, users are prompted to add timeline activity from [company and contact] to the ticket for the last x # of days. Currently it is defaulted to checked. We would like to see a setting that allows this to be unchecked by default.    As a company that sends 100% of our inbound and outbound emails from inside tickets, leaving this checked makes it difficult to locate the email associated to the ticket. We can uncheck it ticket create, but that is an extra step that can easily be missed. Also our inbound emails automatically create a ticket and this setting is "checked" in those instances. These are the use cases when a meetings link shouldn't be an offline source: When using the link on a website page, landing page, social or anywhere on the Internet. Eg: a directory website page When embedding the calendar on a webpage. It is literally a form replacement. So, ideally, we should be able to do one of these: To declare a meetings link as an online or offline source when creating it or editing. To —at least— count embedded forms as online sources. Hubspot changed the way code is displayed in the Source Code Edit Window. The code now does not wrap which makes it a lot harder to look at and edit... lots of side to side scrolling involved.    We have hundreds of landing pages and are in the process of cleaning them up. Hi there I really like the new solution of subscription types and GDPR settings. But there is one small issue I would like to adress and hope for a solution. The HubSpot Default Subscription Type "Other Communication HubSpot Default" (in the settings - in the Preference Page it goes under the name "Sales Email | One to One"). Since not all HubSpot users are useing Sales Emails I think it's a crucial functionality to be able to deactivate (or at least rename) this subscription type.   ...read more

We would love to be able to pull a report on our campaigns. For example, we have a campaign that is linked to several webpages. We wanted to pull a report for that campaign that has the traffic info, website visits, clicks, etc. for each individual page in one report instead of having to click into each individual page.  ...read more

We need the ability as HubSpot administrators to change the Original Source field in Contacts to fix errors and "weird stuff" that can happen for more accurate lead and ROI tracking. I have several contacts set to Offline Sources that where really AdWords. It usually works but when it doesn't we are powerless to fix it. Without getting it fixed the ROI reports lose some of their (**bleep**).   The existing reports that are tied to Original Source are grea, but for smaller companies, where correcting a couple incorrect Original Sources for a 30 day period, are very important. If I had 100's of new contacts off of AdWords every month I wouldn't worry abt missing a few.   Using a custom field is not really a solution since you then give up using all the stock reports that leverage Original Source. ...read more

Hi, I have two deals which were working in parallel with each other but as time has passed, they have merged on the client side. Now this has happened, I wish to merge the data of both deals. I am hoping there is a way to do this without having to go through a cut and paste exercise as there is over a year worth of data in each deal. There is currently an option within workflow settings to have actions execute only on business days, but there's some room for more customization there. It would be really useful to add a weekend-only option, or allow customers to manually select which days of the week they would like actions to execute on.  ...read more
