You just rolled out the Facebook video feature (which has issues after uploading with the featured thumbnail and title), but it'd be nice to have the ability to upload videos to Twitter from HubSpot. There's a lot less information that needs to be added to them as opposed to Facebook.

So I am beginning to use the Mobile App more and more, and have found it challenging to navigate from a contact record to the company record. Does anyone else have this challenge? Is it just me? I feel like you should be able to go to the company record from the contact.

It would be great to get the option to delete the contact Photo, because often the photo taken by HubSpot automatically is wrong and has nothing to do with the contact.

Yay for having a products feature, but a big BOO to making this only for SalesPro users -- especially for product creation. It's not our sales people that create products and assign pricing -- it's our admins! They don't need the SalesPro features, but they really need the product information. We also would love to have more product features so we can track things like contract (product) expiration and renewal dates.

We have three versions of our website, English, German, and French. Today we can only display the alert in one language. That puts our clients off. Can that we adjusted, please?

I would like HubSpot to be able to conduct simple calculations on the back end between two properties that fill in a new property with the answer. For example, I would like to quickly see how many days a deal has been open. This can easily be calculated by subtracting create date from today's date. And for deals that are already closed, by subtracting create date from close date.

We'd like to use the chatbox (Messages) as our main call to action for all business communication. For this, it would be very helpful if we could use query strings in the URL in the "Display on" field of Messages settings. Sample use case: we could show or not show a different livechat based on the source of the users. We could add UTM to the links in our newsletter, blog, mails etc. and show a fitting message based on those query strings. domain.com/page?utm=newsletter -> show Message A domain.com/page?utm=blog -> show Message B

I am very happy that the new "Products" feature was added under deals. I think this gives the opportunity to create very good reports on sales by products. However, I would like the opportunity to create custom reports using the products. I would like to create, for example, the revenue from each product over time in a line graph, the cumulative revenue from products over time in a stacked area graph. At the moment, the "Sales by Item" and "Average selling price" table reports available among the pre-made reports are not very visually descriptive. I would like the opportunity to customize them.

Draft Page View – At the moment, the draft listing page does not show publishing time. This means we have to click into every draft to view the publishing time, which is very time consuming. It would be more helpful if the draft listing page should when a draft is scheduled to be published vs when it was scheduled. Bulk Approve – In addition to having to click into every draft to see publishing time, we have to click into every draft to schedule the post. It would save a lot of time if you we could bulk approve posts. View Drafts on Calendar – At the moment, you cannot see social media drafts on HubSpots calendar. This makes scheduling for a month (across 4 channels) difficult. I’d like for you to add the option to toggle social media drafts on and off ono the calendar.
