I act as an internal admin for HubSpot in my organisation. I'd like to be notified if anyone makes a change to the system configuration. Or failing that I'd like an audit log somewhere I can check out when I have the time.   Examples of what I mean by that include:   * Users adding fields to objects * Users editing workflows   In this way I can review changes folks are making and simplify our setup / processes wherever possible.   Doesn't look like this is a thing today.   Cheers! ...read more

We only want the deal amounts to be our software licenses and not include the hardware amount. Right now when you create a quote it automatically updates the deal amount. Sales reps have to manually update the deal amount. This causes issues with our forecast.  ...read more

Currently we have to go into Facebook and post to be able to do this. However it would be extremely beneficial for us to be able use the @ tagging feature to mention someone/a business in the Social Media Platform. Ideas forum: http://ideas.hubspot.com/forums/76407-general-hubspot-ideas/suggestions/5144022-being-able-to-order-the-email-types-on-subscriptio   Having the ability to reorder the Email Types would definitely be very useful for all marketers!   The main reason being: if you have many different email types on the subscription page, there's no easy way for a user to select the exact email type to unsubscribe from. It's much easier for them to scroll down and unsub from everything which we want to avoid.   A good solution would be to display the email type of the email that they clicked from at the top, and then have all other types below that one so that the page will vary depending on which email type they clicked on.   If anyone has suggestions on workarounds right now, I'd love to hear them. ...read more

Migrated from legacy feedback forum with 16 votes.   In the “Form Submission Notifications” section (when either editing a landing page or in the "Edit Form Actions” within a website page) the only options of whom to send the form submission email notifications to are the specific individuals listed in the drop down from our HubSpot account.   The reason this is problematic is because I also want my sales reps to immediately receive these same email notifications, individually, for every form submission ONLY related to the contacts that they are owners of.   Granted, I could add all sales reps to all “Form Submission Notifications” sections, but Sales Rep A doesn't need to receive email notifications for form submissions of a contact that is assigned to Sales Rep B and vice versa.   I would like to see the “Form Submission Notifications” section have the token for "Owner Name" () be listed as an option so that the sales rep, whom the contact filling out the form is assigned to, receives these email notifications just as easily as everyone else selected does.   The way this is currently configured, the only way to send unique form submission email notifications to the Contact Owner is through a convoluted workflow/recipe, where I have to (continuously) add every single form as the starting condition, and then "send an internal email" that is customized with all sorts of tokens, in order to provide the sales rep/contact owner with the name of the form that has been submitted and the pertinent information (using tokens) that I want them to see right away.   I have tried to create smart lists that include everyone that has filled out a form and then start a workflow with that list, but the problem is that in order for my goal to be achieved, each form submission needs to be a new starting condition so that an email is triggered every single time a form is completed and have that form submission notification email only go to the corresponding Contact Owner.   Is it possible to add the option to select the token for “Owner Name” in all of the “Form Submission Notifications” sections? ...read more

HubDB is a great way to publish structured content on a Website built on Hubspot's CMS. However, the Rich Text editor in HubDB misses one important feature: ability to add images in that content.   This is very important for projects where web pages are driven by HubDB content, and while - yes, there is an option to add a column in HubDB with an image, this is not enough - as most of the times you need to add images inline, contextually, and part of that content.   There is a workaround for this, namely you can import new line in the HubDB table from a CSV, and the CSV cell corresponding to the HubDB rich text column can contain HTML with tags pointing to images. Say, we have a two-steps sequence: an initial email and a follow-up after 3 days. The "Threading" checkbox is on.   If the recipient doesn't reply and doesn't delete it, then everything works fine: he receives the follow-up email in the same thread, below the initial email. He sees the context - everything is right.   But if the recipient deletes the initial email, then a big problem occurs: when he receives the follow-up email, he doesn't see the initial email in the thread. He's out of context.   It happens because the subsequent emails (the follow-up email in this case) doesn't include the previous discussion. When we usually press "Reply" in Gmail (or another email client), our message will include all the previous messages as a quote. In Sequences, it doesn't. It's bad.   Please, upgrade Sequences so the subsequent emails include previous replies. It should work like if press "Reply" button in an email client. ...read more
