I would love if the slack integration allowed for all messages received on our website to default to a group slack chat where any team member of ours who is available can reply to the message 24/7 - regardless of their status within HubSpot (online/offline)

Hey community, we are using Hubspot for Marketing and lead generation already, now we are wondering, how we could best use Hubspot for recruiting. Next to our standard application options via email, we would like to implement a "quick application process" with basic applicant information and CV-upload through our website. Aim is to make the application process for applicants even easier and quicker. We find the contact forms already useful, but are missing a key-element for the application process: an upload-option (e.g. for CVs). Any others out there with the same thoughts/challenge and possible already ideas for solutions? Best Nina

Hi I want to select multiple deals and 'create tasks' (To-do's) with e-mail reminders. Right now it is only possible to do on one deal when you go into it.

I think there should be a toggle for documents that does not require a user to enter their email address to open a document. Certain ones it makes sense but others, like if you are trying to grow a product line, are hindered by the fact that you have to enter your email address to open them. I know this would make the reporting harder and in somecases not possible but for some of us it is preferrable. The other issue that is casued by having to enter an email address is if they enter it incorrectly it will create a new contact.

It would be great if there were a way to prevent a sequence from taking an action until the action before it was completed. As with many other users, I travel a lot or have to shift priorities. Its embarrasing when an email goes out that says, "Hey, John, I called yesterday and thought I'd catch you by email," when I did, in fact, not call. For me, it takes away alot of the automation potential as I end up creating tasks instead of automated actions.

I'm hoping to apply structured data mark up to all blog posts but unlike common webpages, blogs are almost a separate entity when it comes to editing and placing HTML markup on blogs. It seems to only be achievable at the base template but as we know, each blog post is unique, so this is of no use. Having the ability to apply structured data to all blogs will help improve Search Engine Optimisation.

On the web page you can search the notes for all contacts using the search bar at the VERY top of the page. But on the mobile app, it only searches a couple fileds. Can you please add a global search to the mobile app? Thanks,

Hi there! Have HubSpot taken any action to enable this? With consent tickboxes becoming a necessity it would be a far more robust solution to enroll anyone who selects 'no' into a workflow that opts them out, than it would to have a smart list that everyone needs to remember to use as a suppression for every email workflow - especially with failure of compliance potentially carrying such high costs! Would be great to get your thoughts! Thanks, Joe

As a part of the calling tool within hubspot sales it's be incredibly useful to be able to add call scripts for the sales team. So selct, 'discovery call', 'cold call', 'referral call' and it would generate the relevant script. There could be a variety of scripts which they can click through depending on the clients response, and also areas to click to handle client objections/rebuttals. Essentially it'd be a flow chart in the background, IF this THEN this but only display the relevant responses to the sales person using the script. This would all be using a graphical user interface. This would help standardise the sales process which as we all know is the key to generating consistent success.

I am translating my website from English into 5 additional languages. As a result, I need to clone each global group that I use on my English language pages for each of the other languages I require. Unfortunately, while I can clone almost every other item in Hubspot (website pages, landing pages, emails, templates, etc.), this functionality does not exist for global groups. Adding translations of all my web pages would be much simpler if I could clone a global group, rename it in the new language and edit the html.
