At this time, you can only use one picture for all of your HubSpot chat windows. If you take care about chats from different clients it's not possible to change the picture. All customers just see my picture instead of a picture from an employee of the company. This might be confusing the team of our customers as well as the clients of our customer.

We upgraded to Sales Pro so that we could gain access to the product library feature. But now that we have access we really need a way to either of the following: 1. Disable the product library from the end of the list of properties when creating a new deal. Because price is required we cannot use this feature. We sell the same products in multiple currencies around the world and they carry different pricing based on the region. By requiring a single price but only supporting the single account wide defined currency (which is a big problem in and of itself) it makes the tool unusable and then adds confusion as our users have a product dropdown they can't use when putting in a deal. For now, we are creating a manually populated product multichoice dropdown so we really need to hide the Product Library version that we can't use. 2. Improve the Product Library to support multiple currencies and prices per product. If this is not possible please make the price field not required and just fill with a N/A value when a price is not set. If this is possible then we would prefer to use the product library tool. Thank you.

Salespeople need access to Contact Lists. perhaps not all of them, but this isn't a big deal. Without granting full HubSpot Marketing priviledges, I woudl like HubSpot Sales users to be able to access listss... add, delete, update and see what lists a user is assigned. Want to do this without giving tjem access to things like forms, emails, etc. This shoudl be a simple addition... they just don't have a pull down from Contacts in Marketing.

It is currently not able to choose the language for GDPR message in message (chat) tool. It would be great if it supports multi language for the GDPR message. (Not only the context but button also.)

There have been occasions where we found the original source data (which is fixed) to be inaccurate - namely, someone comes through as "direct traffic" but based on the data we can see that's not possible, and when we ask our clients how they found us, they tell us something different than is listed in hubspot. It would be great to be able to edit this data, when we find glitches like this. In case anyone else has run into this issue - Hubspot support did recommend creating a custom contact properly, perhaps called Original Source 2, and update original source this way. This is a good work around, but adjusting the Original Source field would help more with reporting.

There doesn't seem to be functionality to report on the number of contacts that have opted in using the new communication subscriptions. So, I can see how many people have submitted a form, but I can't get a list of people that have consented to marketing

Users should have the ability to opt-out of the 'new meetings booked' emails that get sent out by Hubspot, because calendars usually also send out a confirmation email and this causes a redundancy for some users.

Other messaging tools allow you to configure additional questions for the end user to answer before beginning a conversation. This feature is not currently included in the messaging tool. If this feature is implemented, In additional to being able to ask those questions before a conversation begins, it should be an option to use those answers to complete fields on the customer's contact record. The mapping of those answers to the fields on the contact record should be configurable at the "message" level, where the administrator could map "First Name" to the "First Name" field on the contact record. However, the values should not apply automatically to the contact record, instead the representative should be able to review the answers and decide to apply them to the contact record or discard them if the information provided is obviously inaccurate (as would be the case if a user provided bogus answers just to get connected with a representative). To summarize, the ability to configure custom questions for the customer to answer before initiating a chat would enable representatives to better prepare to answer the customer's question, and the ability to easily save the answers to a customer's contact record will help improve the information we have about a given contact improving future interactions.

It would be nice to be able to filter contacts by custom call type and meetings. This could help target and better segment where a contact stands in the sales process. Ideally, you could pull the data in both Lists and Workflows.

I'd like to set a default (in the Settings area of Sales/CRM) so that my Task List is the first thing I see when I log in. In fact, the Settings area should be updated so that you can pick the page type you want to start with (maybe other folks don't start their day with Tasks). It would be more efficient and usable, IMHO.
