It would be very helpful to be able to export a users lists along with what teams they are on, their roles and/or permissions. I've reached out to HubSpot support to get the Google Analytics workaround for this, but it would be great if there was a built-in way to see what users are searching for in the knowledge base.    Ultimately, we want to know when users are searching for something and not getting a result. A large portion of our sales team uses the same sets of sequences. In an effort to prioritize and organize the different campaigns and sequence tasks, we have built task queues.   To this point, there is no way to assign tasks to queues for multiple users, you may only set them for individual users. The problem being, we have had to clone each sequence for each individual user, then had to build task queues accordingly for each user.    If there was a way, from the sequence task queue assignment, to push the tasks out to multiple users' tasks queues, rather than individual users task queues, that would greatly simplify the organizational process for sequence generated tasks and their completion. ...read more

I act as an internal admin for HubSpot in my organisation. I'd like to be notified if anyone makes a change to the system configuration. Or failing that I'd like an audit log somewhere I can check out when I have the time.   Examples of what I mean by that include:   * Users adding fields to objects * Users editing workflows   In this way I can review changes folks are making and simplify our setup / processes wherever possible.   Doesn't look like this is a thing today.   Cheers! ...read more
