I work in the cloud and as there is no intergration with outlook web access, I need to send all emails to clients from the portal. I would be exceptionaly useful to have a reply button in the portal, just to copy the subject and reply to the sent email. Would also tie the emails into a conversation.

It would be great if the option to rotate deals to different owners was available in deal workflows as it is in contact workflows.

CTA functionality and data has been a boon for our marketing. Creating a custom module is a fine workaround, but it seems that fully integrating with the more intuitive editor would be a more user-friendly and holistic fix.

The new multi-currency feature is wonderful, however, when importing products via CSV, the 'product price' column maps only to default set company currency. We need the ability to match multiple currency columns from the .csv import to additional currencies set up in the account. e.g. if I have 1000s of products that we sell at different price points around the world (different currencies), I will not be able to import these currencies directly and would need to manually edit them, which will take weeks and potentially a lot of human error to enter these all manually via the web interface.

To ensure that our portals follow data protection best practices, we would like to be able to make a user inactive and essentially revoke access after x number of days. So if a user hasn't logged in for 90 days then their access should become inactive and require an admin reset. This would assist us in managing user access and protect our data. This allows team members who shifted role or left the business to have their access expire in case they were not removed and seems to be good practice on secure platforms.

We have many workflows where we want to re-enroll someone when a property value changes. For example, if Territory changes from Northeast to West, we would want to trigger reassignment. We can't clear that property because it is used for other workflows. I understand we can use a workaround of adding people to lists and triggering workflows off of list creation, but this is a roundabout way to solve something that could be fixed very easily by allowing re-enrollment based on property value changes.

Above and beyond open/click/delivery/bounce reports that are standard from the HubSpot system, it would be very helpful to be able to create a report that compared the metrics above on the whole with every person included in the campaign. For example, in one report see how 10 sales peoples list compared in deliverability/opens/clicks/bounces to help identifify per campaign, which sales person is keep clean lists, keep the prospect engaged, etc. Unless that capability exists now?

We need a nice way to show related posts at the bottom of a post or in the sidebar. It's quite basic functionality for a blog and we're missing it a lot. It would be great to be able to set the criteria for what's related. E.g. same topic.

Would be awesome to be able to inset related articles or auto populate related articles from category or subcategory of knowledg base. Also a CTA button would be nice. Like "Get started" on the "How to get started?" Knowledge base article.

Hi, Companies that have custom iOS apps need to be able to support universal links (deep links). This is where a user gets a link (via email or through other means), taps on that link, and then iOS automatically opens the company app referenced in that link. Currently, it's not possible with hubspot, because we cannot upload to the root folder. It's simple to fix, all that apple requires is for us to host a static json file at https://mycompany.com/.well-known/apple-app-site-association. See apple documentation: https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/General/Conceptual/AppSearch/UniversalLinks.html1 I asked support about this, and they agreed it's not currently possible, see https://integrate.hubspot.com/t/how-to-set-up-universal-links-in-hubspot-for-ios/7776 One possible solution: give us access to the /.well-known/ folder, without needing to give us access for the root folder.
