It would be useful if there would be a better notification window for any new incoming chat messages that would stay open and in which the chat user can directly answer to the Chat message. The notification on the buttom right in the Browser only appears for a few seconds and can easily be missed by Chat users which would then need to check within HubSPot for new Chats which is too time consuming.

With workflows you have the option to add a description. Which is super useful if you want to give explantion or context to a complex workflow. However, the description itself is quite hidden. You have to click twice to see it - More > Description. On top of that, the description is displayed as a pop up/frame and you aren't able to see the workflow and the description at the same time. Need For everybody who is using complex workflows it would be useful to see the description at a glance if you open the workflow. Compare it with for example the marketing campaign tool in HubSpot. You are able to put in information for budget and notes. This information is visible immediately on the main page of the campaign. That gives you the extra context you need instead of 'looking' forward. If you are able to see the description immediately and at the same time the workflow itself, you will be able to understand the goal and context of the workflow faster.

PieSync supported syncing Odoo. You can keep using PieSync through 2021, but in the meantime we're checking if we need to prioritize turning this into a data sync app? Please upvote! Thanks.

A new public beta. My company has a ton of files uploaded in Files Manager. This am, I wanted to filter all of my files to only see our uploaded PDFs and I realized that this option wasn't available. As of now, you can only order (ascending/descending) a search result by the file type but can't filter the results directly to only see a specific file type. When you have a ton of files uploaded, this is quite critical to easily access certain types of files. It would be great for Hubspot to implement this. Thank you!

Hubspot users wish to see an option in the timeline of the inbox conversation to sort from new to old. (Latest conversation on top). Now users have to scroll down to see the latest conversation. When conversation with the customer is building over time, scrolling down can be really annoying and timeconsuming. In my opinion the most recent emails/activities are the most useful to be listed first. I would like to see sorting options, where the user can set this option themselves. Thank you,

There is currently an option within workflow settings to have actions execute only on business days, but there's some room for more customization there. It would be really useful to add a weekend-only option, or allow customers to manually select which days of the week they would like actions to execute on.

When @mentioned in a note or a comment in a 'deal', 'company', 'contact', the user receives the notification e-mail without the context of the comment. Thus, one has to click a link and open a browser to see, where he/she has been mentioned. It would be valuable to see the name of the object (Deal, Comment or Contact) right in the e-mail notification.

Summary Hubspot is wasting a lot of my time trying to mentally group together related email content coming from multiple comments from multiple other people at my company on multiple topics. Hubspot lacks proper email headers that tell Gmail (and presumably other email clients) how to group related messages together in the inbox. Please fix this issue! It is driving me nuts. Problem 1 Person1 adds a note to a Company XYZ or Deal XYZ and @ references me Person2 adds a comment on the note Person3 adds a comment to the same note ... and so on I go to my Gmail inbox !ERROR - splattered around my inbox, I see multiple messages from "Hubspot" with subjects like Person 1 mentioned you on the company XYZ ... other email messages Person 2 commented on an activity ... other email messages Person 3 commented on an activity EVEN WORSE, if the same sets of people are commenting on multiple other notes around the same time, the scenario continues and Gmail groups the emails BY AUTHOR by default and not BY TOPIC. This is the OPPOSITE of what any sane person would want. Problem 2 Person1 adds a note to a Company ABC or Deal ABC and @ references me Person2 adds a comment on the note Person3 adds a comment to the same note ... and so on I go to my Gmail inbox !ERROR - now I see threads from Person 2 and Person 3 that are grouping entirely unrelated comments under the AUTHOR Hubspot (2) Person 1 mentioned you in a comment comment about XYZ comment about ABC ... other email messages Hubspot (2) Person 2 mentioned you in a comment comment about XYZ comment about ABC Expected Results Hubspot should send email headers that group related messages by THREAD or by TOPIC, so that related email messages are grouped together by relevant topic. It is very hard to decipher multiple, active conversations from my Gmail inbox and I waste a lot of time going back and forth to piece it all together. I could argue for putting the topid identifier at a few different levels Note or Log entry My personal preference This would group together a "single level thread" of a Note in Hubspot, plus all subsequent comments on that Note in a distinct grouping in Gmail. Top level object: Company, Deal, Contact, etc. This would be better and help a lot, but is not as granular as I'd prefer. Contrast current Hubspot behavior vs. Teamwork, or Github, or just about any other sytems that are sending multiple "threaded" comments via email. They all send email headers that tell Gmail to group related messages by TOPIC not by sender. For example, if multiple people comment on a particular Teamwork task, then all of the related messages are grouped together nicely in my Gmail inbox. Looking at the source of the messages from Teamwork and Github, it appears to be the "In-Reply-To" and/or "References" headers in the email. They both have these headers and Hubspot DOES NOT.
