Hi,   I think your team is on the right track adding a Task Priority option.  Now all you need to do is allow us to customize the selections there.  Perhaps it could be capped at 5 options to avoid clutter, but there must be more then "high".   This is CRITICAL for sales functionality.  In fact it is remarkably helpful for automation purposes as well.   It seems most of the work is done on this feature, just need to move it from a C- to an A now. ...read more

We use WordPress for our main site and we'd like to be able to associate WordPress pages to Campaigns. At the moment, we can only associate Blog or Landing pages hosted on Hubspot.   It seems strange that while we use the Hubspot tracking code, and we can add and monitor CTAs and CTA clicks on these pages, we cannot add them to a Campaign.   Does anyone else feel the same?   Thanks ...read more

We currently have to use a service like Aircall to handle the inbound calls, which is not ideal. When you do the outbound calling from Hubspot it would make sense to also be able to handle the inbound calls and get them properly tracked, recorded, etc. ...read more

We have created a Custom Object for Sales Tickets and use a pipeline BUT we are not able to make any properties mandatory unless its at the creation stage. We want to be able to make certain properties mandatory at certain pipeline stages.    For example, when the ticket goes to Closed, we have a Closed Reason section but this is being missed as it is not mandatory.  ...read more

There is a new Behavioral Event functionality for Marketing Enterprise, and the old one is marked as a "legacy". The new one supports only Delay until event happens feature on workflows.  Knowledgebase article explains how it works, but currently, you can't use events for anything else but delays.   We want to use Behavioral Events also as a trigger – not delay. For example, when event X happens, we want a Slack notification.    This is an important feature for especially Sales and Service, when something critical happens. Also, Marketing people can benefit from this. When notification reaches proper persons, they can serve better customers in real-time.            ...read more

Goal:  HubSpot users should be able to be restricted when moving deals between stages. Let's say you have a Sales Pipeline with stages like "Qualified Prospect", "1st Meeting", "2nd Meeting", "Proposal Given". You shouldn't be able to move a deal from Qualified prospect to 2nd meeting as there must have been a 1st meeting between.   Why is this good? As HubSpot's deal funnel analytics works the same way it would be more accurate and this way sales people would be incentivized to update their own deals more frequently. JIRA has a similar option although it's for a different purpose, it would fit how HubSpot's pipelines work.   How to create this option?  Admin users will want every kind of restrictions, not just the one where you can only put a deal to the next or previous deal stage. As a user experience on where to add this to HubSpot I would suggest adding this option to the Deal Settings page (where you are able to edit deals and create automation for them).   I would change the "Delete" button to "Actions" and add this functionality as a possible action to choose which deal stage the deal can move to from its current deal stage. ...read more

Hey everyone,   The new Help Desk feature from HubSpot, currently in beta, is a fantastic initiative for streamlining the handling of incoming emails and chats by merging tickets and the conversation inbox into a single, more efficient channel.   However, based on the current beta requirements, it appears this feature will be restricted to paid Service seats, which we anticipate could become a significant issue for many users as not everyone involved in replying to tickets and conversations will have a paid Service seat. This leads to a disparity in experience and organization between the two types of users, which is far from ideal.   If HubSpot insists on implementing this as a paid seat feature, we strongly suggest providing an option to allow accounts to opt out of this new experience.
