We have multiple marketing users on Hubspot with similar access. In case there is an error (someone accidentally made a change to a workflow/someone set up something that we don't need), it is harder to track if there were more such changes made elsewhere. Having an audit trail that lists down all the changes made on a specific day or date range makes it much, much, much easier for troubleshoting issues. Otherwise, you just have to go through every workflow/asset to check for last edits made, which is obviously not very user-friendly. The only workaround I can find is to limit access for the entire team/only allow access when someone asks to setup something; which is pretty counter-intuitive and limits learning for new users.
