Hi guys, Of course product updates and improvements are always welcome, but aesthetics are often opinion-based. Today you updated the QUOTE template, but instead of Adding a new template, you Deleted and replaced the one I liked.  Some might say they "changed" it but let's be real, the old template is gone and this is a new one. Seems ridiculous that something so basic isn't supported on HubSpot. I have a form, the CTA button and the gated content all in HS but no way for the form to popup when someone clicks the CTA. Why do they need to be sent through to a different landing page to access the form? Give us a way to cut out this unnecessary step please ASAP!! ...read more

Workflows on the company and deal level can push slack notifications to certain channels or users but we are unable to trigger a slack notification in a contact level workflow. Will this integration get added to the contact level?   A simple example of this is: Contact X has a date field called "Date of Birth" that we want to center our workflow on. The workflow was built on the contact level and centers on this date successfully. You can't use a Smart Rule on an image and in the new drag and drop platform you cannot drop an image into rich text---heard you can in the classic editor though. We are an association and blurbs like "Join Now" I don't want to show to our Members. The Slack integration includes what seems to be everything except contact properties. We would like to be able to have a channel slack notification go out when there is a form submission that updates specific contact properties. The workaround now is to create a deal from the contact property update and then use that deal to trigger the slack message. Since not all form submissions require/need a deal created, this workaround makes our deal pipelines cluttered to simply get our channel notification set up. Not sure why it was decided to not include contact properties but it seems like a big miss with the usability of this integration. ...read more
