There's no way to see the contacts that are actually opening, clicking, replying, and booking meetings on sequences. This report is currently only helpful for evaluating the effectiveness of a sequence but it does not allow users to take action from the report, or  understand the full picture of who is interacting with templates within the sequence.    Users need the ability to click the % and see a list of the contacts that have opened or clicked the specific sequence.   ... Hello,   I am just starting with Deals and I have an issue regarding the mandatory properties to create a deal.    When Creating a Deal, I want my team to put the Company and the contact associated with the deal. Hi   It would be fantastic to extend the new Associations feature to cover same-type object associations.   This is so we can map out associations between companies e.g. competitors, customers, partners and so on. In our context this helps us easily scale prospecting.    Then it'd be helpful to do the same with contacts (for example - Joe knows Bob from a previous company) and deals (for example - these deals are part of the same overall opp)   Thanks! ... We really need a way to report on how long a ticket is spending at a particular status before progressing to the next step. I honnestly thought this was part of the functionality I was paying for with Service Pro. The ability to easily see where the bottle necks in our process are is critical to our service improvement. I can see that the time between function now exists for deals, but it does not appear to be applicable to ticket stages nor can I find a work around.   I know that the data is collected as you can see in individual tickets the history of the ticket status by clicking on the property, but there still seems to be no way to access this in reports or contact filtering. ... Hi team, Commenting for a customer here. Currently, when deals are associated with a contact, the "order" of which the deals are arranged seem to be random. This is confirmed with the community thread here. I feel that we should allow customers to have default ordering of associations, be it by create date or close date. Even if such an option is not available, it shouldn't  be random. I tried within my own portal, close date/ create date/ alphabetical etc, but they don't seem to follow any real pattern. Thanks! ...
