We have been receiving spam from chatters on our site that includes all sorts of attachments, from documents to pictures, that are completely irrelevant. I'd like to suggest an option to disable the file attachment feature of the chatbot.   This sort of activity can be dangerous, on top of being obnoxious. We don't want anyone on our Hubspot team to click on a potentially dangerous file. It would be great if Hubspot could create a tool that would allow us to manage email frequency more easily. If we send too many emails to people, they will unsubcribe. Plus, people want to feel in control of their relationship with us. Maybe they wouldn't unsubscribe if they could limit emails to once a week/month. As an example, here's an option Land's End gives users to modify their email preferences:       We have many contacts on multiple lists, and sometimes we send six emails a day. Right now we use a time-consuming workflow to cap our email sends to two emails/week per person for certain brands. The downside of this is that we can't schedule emails out ahead of time and have to manually put lists through the workflow. Plus, as mentioned above, contacts have minimal control over their own inbox other than completely unsubscribing from specific email types. I asked Hubspot if there is a better way, and the other way recommended is to add criteria to a smart list that the email send date is before last week. I'm not sure if this would work for us. But we will look into it.   If we could manage email frequency more easily, we could also do more automated emails without the fear of overloading the same people.   Please let me know if this is a possibility or if there are other approaches/systems we could use that would save us time and allow us a more hands-off approach. ...read more

I have received Feedback from our team has been that using the mobile app to log contact activity is not as effective as the desktop version as they do not have hte ability to add snippets (which we are currently using as form data seeing its not available)   Any chance we can get the ability to add snippets to the mobile app for activity log, notes etc? ...read more

For companies that work with independent sales teams for different product categories, we need to create different sales groups and each one of them needs to have a very own "sales group admin".   This "sales admin" would only be able to see the deals within his team but not deals from other teams.   Respectively, a sales person from a certain team could not have access to deals that are not in his group.   Lack of this single feature is making our clients use a separate CRM. ...read more

My team runs its clients through the same pipeline and has different people handle different stages. Some of the properties we have made are only relevant to specific teams/stages. If we could hide stages in the deal board views, like saving filters, I could clean up each teams' views so there's less chaos.  ...read more

I would like the ability to create a list of deals and be able to choose the deal properties for an export. I can create lists of deals at this time but they are contact-centric rather than deal-centric. Recently Google Ads unrolled a new feature called, lead form ads. You can now let leads fill in your form directly in Google > by clicking on your ad. This is a beta update, but we allready have it 🙂 (whoopwhoop).   I would like to make sure leads filling out the form are being logged in HubSpot CRM. So sales can contact them. Therefor you can fill in a 'webhook url' and a 'key' in the Google Ads form ad. Unfortunatly you can only create a webhook URL for apps within HubSpot or use an API. And that's not usefull for Google Ads, so you cannot track leads in HubSpot and you have to manually download them from Google and then manually upload them. But you will lose all the information about the Ad the lead clicked on, pageview etcetera.    So, hopefully it will be on the agenda soon, so we can have lead form ads in Google AND all the information and tracking in HubSpot.    Read about the new feature here > https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/9363648?hl=en ...read more
