I would love to see a Kanban style pipeline for the leads object in the Sales Workspace.   I believe this would be useful for the sales team because when someone stictly works in the KanBan on the deals pipeline then transitions to the Record List style, in my opinion its a hard transition to get use to and would help streamline processes for the sales team. ...read more

Description: Right now, conditional logic in Record Customization for property cards only allows a property card to be displayed if a property equals a specific value. This is helpful, but it limits flexibility in building more dynamic, context-aware record views. Use Case: For example, I want to show Card A if a dropdown property equals “Active.” But I also want to show Card B if that same property is either blank (unknown) or set to something else (e.g., “Inactive,” “Archived,” etc.). Currently, there’s no way to set conditions for “not equal to” or “is unknown”, which would let us build cleaner and more user-specific record views. Request: Please add support for additional conditional logic in property card display rules, such as: • “Is not equal to” • “Is unknown” • “Contains” or multi-option matching This would be a huge improvement for customizing internal CRM experiences based on record status, lifecycle stage, or any property used for internal segmentation or process control. Current Functionality   Currently it is possible to create new cards via the record customisation page.   For cards created that are displayed in the center tab, it is possible to apply filtering on some of the card types to only display the details you want to see.   In the below example, I have an "association table" card that allows me to display associated records, the properties I want to see, and a filter to only show certain types of records that match the filter criteria; in this case I only want to see product subscriptions that are not deactivated:     Limitation   While this is true for cards in the center tab, sidebar cards on a record currently are only able to display all associated records. It is possible to create new cards to display different properties of those records, but it will still show every associated record. When creating a new card, there is only the option to change the properties visible, and nothing else.     Suggestion   My suggestion would be to be able to create cards with similar filtering and sorting options, so as only to display associated records with certain criteria you are interested in, at a glance.   Example   On a company page you could create a sidebar card called "Ticket Openers". This card would show associated contacts of the company, but filtered on a custom property that exists on the contact level, "Number of tickets opened". You could set the filter to be "Number of tickets opened" > 0, sort by "Number of tickets opened" descending.   Now this sidebar card would show you, at a glance, the contacts associated to the company record you are viewing that have opened tickets, in order of most to least.   Benefit   Due to the sidebar cards always being present on a record (unless minimised) they have the benefit of displaying information without needing to navigate around the record. Sometimes teams will be looking for common information, and the ability to display that information on the sidebar would minimise the amount of navigation required as it will be visible at a glance.   This would also help to clean up associations somewhat. In my first example of "Active Product Subscriptions", the current functionality displays all of our custom object Product Subscriptions. Some of these may be old trials that we ran. Some may be deactivated products, or legacy products. This is all useful data, but due to the associations showing all records, it means we could have 10+ associated records showing in the sidebar, most of which are not relevant. For many people who import data into Hubspot frequently, it can be frustrating to re-map properties and set the appropriate 'do not overwrite' values against each property every time. If we could create a template for frequent imports of the same sort/data, this would save time and streamline the process further. This would mean as well as Hubspot trying to remember which columns were mapped to which property (which works about 50% for us currently) it would remember all of them and their 'do not overwrite' tickbox selected as yes/no as well. We have many workflows that are reliant on the imported data being accurate and overridden/not overridden and this would save potential issues that come up now and again due to human error. ...read more

I would like to suggest an enhancement to the HubSpot CRM that would allow the association of the Leads object with custom objects. Currently, it’s not possible to directly associate a lead with a custom object. The only workaround is to associate the lead with a contact, and then associate that contact with the custom object. However, this method doesn’t fully meet the needs of our use case. This feature would greatly improve the flexibility and functionality of HubSpot, allowing us to better manage our data, workflows and reports.  ...read more

Currently the Hubspot goas module does not support: 1. Using team goals in reporting & forecasting 2. Creating and using sub-goals.   However, it's quite common to: A. Want to report on overall revenue goal achievement in a fiscal year B. Break it down into goal achievement in each team.   Thus, I suggest Hubspot finds a way to handle this. It is already possible to type in team revenue goals, but the user cannot use them for anything, even if they are assigned to a pipeline where revenue is made.  Secondly, it should be obvious that reporting on team goals is more accurate for a business than reporting on the sum of user goals. The reason for this is that the sum of the user goals and the overall team goal might not always be the same; people change jobs and a company can have a period of time with an employee deficit. That should not skew reporting, neither force a company to revise their goals because their CRM can't handle it.   So, anchoring forecasting & reporting on the individual goals will challenge any business where employees resign/are added to the team. I pledge for Hubspot's goal (pun intended) to be to solve this challenge in their architecture before removing the "beta" label from the goals module.  ...read more

Hi there   As many may have noticed, big brands are starting to add in the option to view UI in Dark Mode. When we send out an email, our branding currently uses dark text - as most email clients (up until now) have had a light background. If we were to send out an email with our current logo and the user views it with their UI set to Dark Mode, it will appear like this: We have reached out to find out whether HubSpot can send out the suitable logo version (either light text or dark text) depending on the user's interface preference, but there is currently no support for this.   Has anyone else experienced this same issue? We are not interested in changing our branding just to resolve this issue (some suggestions have been to add a stroke around the text or change the shade of the writing...)   Can HubSpot please consider support for this?
