In the inbox as well as on the contact and deal level the newest reply of the client is always at the top of the email thread. The reply buttom however is at the bottom. It would make much more sense to have the field where you type your reply next to the most recent reply of the client, so that while typing you see what you are actually responding to. Right now we have to scroll up and down while writing the email to make sure we cover all aspects of the client's mail. Additionally, when you get a new email and open it in the inbox, the first thing you see is the bottom of the thread, i.e. the oldest content of the conversation, and you have to scroll up to search the most recent reply from the customer. If there has been more than one email sent in the thread, the most recent one is actually found somewhere in the middle. It would be much more efficient and convenient to have the view in the inbox centered on the most recent content and to have the reply function right next to it.
