Hi,   Many of our customers send the same type of e-mails each week. Instead of creating a new one, they choose "reply all" in e.g. outlook, remove the info from last week, add new info and change the subject and send it instead of creating a new mail. When we receive the e-mail, it is connected to the old conversation since the ID of the thread is the same. It would be awesome if we could get an option to create a cloned page in our staging environment and break the link from the original cloned page. I often have to create new pages in staging and it is not good when we publish the staged page and it wipes out the original page.   The existing staging capability is great for existing pages - but when we want to stage a new design across multiple pages it would be much easier to clone the staged version and be able to publish as a totally new page without impacting the original page.   Thanks,   AndrewinKC  ...read more

Currently the properties cards' values can't be edited in the middle column view. The view only lists data. This would give more flexibility to edit and highlight the important data. The left sidebar needs more scrolling if the user wants to see multiple properties quickly.     ...read more

Hi, community.  Today I want to share with you some important updates we're making to HubSpot's Product Library in the coming weeks. Product Library will be moving to an index page.  If you have been working with contacts, companies, and deals, this should feel very familiar to you. We're making this change to address a large amount of feedback that we've received from you, our community members, on how we should think about imporving the product library.  It includes the following feature updates: Advanced filters - search for products by both default and custom properties, including and/or logic. Create date filtering - search for products created in the last X period of time. Enhanced search - search for products by name, sku, or description.Sortable columns - sort data by columns from A>Z or Z>A. Customizable columns - add/remove/re-order the columns displayed for your products in the product library. Change in location in the navigation - the new product library will live under Sales > Products, eliminating clicks needed to access the product library. These features are now in open beta. You can find a video of all these updates and a demo of how they work here. Another big change I want to call out today is that we have removed folders from the new Product Library.  We understand that this is a big change for our users, and we did not make this decision lightly. If your account previously had folders within it, we have migrated them over to the new system via custom filter and search, but new portals created no longer have the functionality to create them. I have covered the folder migration and changes in a separate video that you can view here. We do undestand that the library is not the only place where folders are useful, many of you are using them to help guide and direct your sales reps through the side panel additions in quotes/deals/and other channels. While we have an alpha version of this new side panel experience out to new portals and a small set of pre-existing portals, it is very much a work in progress and our team is actively looking for customers who are willing to provide feedback and input that will shape this experience for years to come. The median statistic is available in simple reports. Right now we are able to create properties for contacts with unique values, nevertheless, it looks that you can't update a contact based on this unique property.    I'm able to update any other object, such as deals, with their unique properties (expediente), and it would be a great advantage to be able to update contacts not only with email or record ID. We should be able to clone permission sets. That way you can take a standard profile and tweak it for the director levels. . .    Also I'm noticing some difficulties in general with the way hierarchical teams are set up in context of permission sets. . . seems inconsistent/disconnected.     ...read more

You can manually enroll lists of Contacts into a live workflow but this is not possible for Custom Objects. It would be really useful to enroll the Custom Objects from a list in cases where a number of them have been missed, or in my case when you do not want to blow the daily HubSpot API limits.   At the moment you can only enroll Custom Objects one by one which is not very helpful. ...read more
