A couple of enhancements would make campaigns even more useful for our marketers.   Ability to associate active lists with a campaign. Just to have them reflected on the campaign page. Possibily highlight the growth of active lists over time would be useful. Ability to associate collateral stored in file manager with a campaign. We are building our new site using Hubspot CMS. The Sales Forecast tool is only accessible to users who have a paid Professional or Enterprise seat and is part of a team. So if I remove their Enterprise Sales license, they won't appear on the Forecast page at all.   To ensure that the previous forecast information stays intact, the alternative here would be to deactivate the user without removing their Enterprise Sales license. This user would no longer have access to the account but still remain in the Forecast tool so you can see past data. However, the catch here is that this user will also still appear in current and future quarters. Also, if you decide that you want to remove their Enterprise Sales license in the future, you would need to reactivate them, remove the paid seat access, then deactivate them again.   The ideal scenario would be for previous forecast and sales information to remain intact but for the team member to NOT show in current and future quarters. ...read more

Posting on behalf of a customer!   The current Ticket Source property only specifies it is is an Email, Form, Chat etc but does not drill down into the actual channel such as the email address connected. This limits future reporting and tracking.  ...read more

Hello, it would be helpful to be able to see Contact Workflow Descriptions at a glance in both the Details view of the individual workflow, and be able to add it as another column in the All Workflows list view. This way my team and I can quickly scroll through the workflows and be able to understand exactly what each one does instead of having to click into each, click on Edit, THEN view the Description there. Relatively new to HS so if this can be viewed in bulk somewhere please let me know, otherwise I think this would be a really helpful, minor update. We would love if it was possible to segment which Ads account a User can Read within Ads. For example, we have a client that wants to connect multiple Ads accounts to one Hubspot account. They only want the User than can post to that specific Ad account to be able to see that specific Ad account, and not any of the other Ads accounts for other users/corporate. However, currently we can only give a User access to viewing ALL Ads or NONE, and that is making it difficult to please this client.    Since Users can only post to Ads account they have access to post to externally from Hubspot, why can't we have that same level of permission on viewing each Ads account within Hubspot as well? ...read more

We need a better way to see which records synced over through a Data Sync integration and which records failed and why.   Especially for contacts, it's sometimes impossible to tell how many contacts are going to sync over in an integration and that information is extremely important due to the Marketing Contacts limits. I don't want to do detective work to determine why only 800 contacts synced out of 1200.   Also, it would be helpful because the integrations tend to take longer than a day to sync, so I'd like to be able to tell whether everything is up to date or if it's still loading. ...read more

We want to partition HubDB tool by teams.
