Here's the scenario... I create a task titled "Call Customer A". The AI automatically changes it to a Call task. When I use the task queue (which is always from my laptop) and this task comes up, it has a pop-up window prompting me to enter my phone number as it will "Automatically log calls with HubSpot, Record calls straight to your CRM so you can keep all your conversations in one place." I make calls on my mobile and do not want to call through my laptop. I need to close this reminder with every call task.     Or I when I create the task titled "Call Customer A" and it automatically changes it to a call task I need to click the drop-down and change it back to a task. But then I need to manually add the call when I run through the queue. Now taking 2 clicks extra for each call task. Plus when I come to the task, I need to manually open the "Log Call"   I registered my cell number to see if that would help. And now a pop up comes up wanting to call through my laptop. I can not log any data about the call and need to close the window and add it manually again. I have done a screen share with support and they have confirmed that this is an issue, but I wanted to get it on here to hopefully get resolution sooner.   If you make a call using the Hubspot calling tool from a company record and then you create a contact, the browser will move away from the company page that had the calling tool open and open the contact that you just created, in turn dropping the call that you were on.   So if you are on the phone with ABC Corporation and the receptionist tells you the name of the decision maker that you should be talking to.  If you add that contact to the company record, you will hang up on the receptionist. ...read more

After connecting Facebook Messenger and messaging a customer 1:1 in the Hubspot Inbox the default setting is a 24hr +1 messaging limitation. Within the facebook policy if you are using a chatbot/human hybrid you are allowed to message a person outside the 24 + 1. We have this setting checked on our Facebook Page but it doesn't seem to translate to Hubspot.   Any insights?     ...read more

There are several bugs with the new email builder and I'm told by support to put in a feature request.    For example, when I add an image block and upload an image, the block is shrinking the image and then enlarging it, causing the image to be distorted and pixelated. Can you please fix this bug? As a work around I have to create an HTML block and code the image there.    Or when I use the button block and have a 1px border, this doesn't work in Android 5.1 or 6.0 since the button block tables and margins are causing the borders not to work properly. Can we please look as separating out the blog post title from the meta title.   Having one title to peform two functions limits content createeor and can impact SEO. It makes sense to be ablee to optimse the page title and meta title independantly.   Also can we please have an exceprt field.
