Currently, we have our operations team working in HubSpot when they have an issue they create a ticket via the manual Jira integration. It would be amazing if we could automate that with a workflow. For example, the moment a but HubSpot ticket is put in a "Bug pipeline" it immediately creates a ticket on Jira to be worked on by the developer team. This would save us a tremendous amount of time and allow users to focus on their respective areas of work instead of wasting time on manual steps. ...その他を表示

Hi, when setting up hubspot meetings, I noticed that it's requiring contact details I've already collected. I'm sending emails to my crm contacts with my meeting link and these contacts were created automatically inside hubspot crm via zapier integration when they filled out an application from typeform so I already have their first name and email.   Will hubspot meeting notice these contact details already exist and automatically prefill them, because requiring users to fill out another form is just too cumbersome.    I'd like to know how this works, thanks.  ...その他を表示

Is there a possibility to delay the workflow so that no mail is sent on a certain date (e.g. because it is a public holiday)?   Alternatively, it would be helpful if you could choose working days instead of always and certain weekdays. ...その他を表示

It is too hard to move templates to another folder. You have to move each template once at a time. Drag and drop or other functionality would be appreciated. ...その他を表示

Basically, I would like if everything inside of a drag n drop template were output as json when viewing via FTP. All linked assets, the placement of modules, etc. This is the same idea as how Custom Module meta and fields data works. If it's too complex to have as 1 json file it would be fine to have a `.template` folder similar to how `.module` works. The advantage being developers can then do the following things: include DnD templates in version controlled repositories like GitHub. (this is something we want to do with https://github.com/TheWebTech/CrankShaft) These templates will finally be editable locally or atleast over FTP. We require that all of the systems/online services used by our sales teams require single sign on (SSO).   Giving hundreds of people across the country the ability to sign in to Hubspot (or any other service) with a simple email address and password is too much of a security risk. (Even with the ability to toggle Hubspot user permissions based on ownership.)   The new Hubspot to Salesforce integration displays a visualforce module that requires our Salesforce users to have Hubspot accounts. But during the Hubspot user setup process, they have the option to create a password.    We need SSO to be the only way to access our Hubspot portal both via a web browser and Salesforce.    If we can not require SSO we will need to revert to a previous version of the Salesforce integration.  ...その他を表示
