Sync Google Calendar into Contact's record / schedule In the way that you have the Gmail extention to track and sync emails generated in gmail onto a HubSpot contact's record, why not have the same function with google calendar? This way, when you invite one of your Hubspot contacts , the event shows up on the contact's record in the same way as if you had sceduled the meeting using the "Schedule" function on that contact's record page.

We have 4 SalesPro Users and we thought we'd try to use Messages rather than Olark, which is what we currently use. I don't want to have this "Round-Robin" approach, as we may not always be at our desks, or perhaps we're on the phone, etc. Can we have the chats come in and all the online sales reps have a chance to answer it? I don't want to randomly assign them to someone who may not be available. Is this possible? I'm really hoping that there is a way that we can make this work. I need all 4 of us sales agents to be available for chats and the fastest one get's the lead. Otherwise it doesn't work for us and I have to keep paying $75 a month to Olark Chat. Aside from the additional expense, there is more coding that we have to have on our site - slowing down the overall speed. Can you push this idea through to the people in charge? I believe I asked about this over a year ago, found no solution and kept on with Olark.

I would absolutely love to be able to optionally remove jQuery from custome templates. Our customer profile: We're an agency that is comfortable with HTML / CSS / JavaScript (as well as Strategy / Design & Digital Marketing) and want to use HubSpot to take advantage of it's marketing automation abilities for our internal use. Since we're still learning, we want to fully "buy-in" to be able to take advantage of all available features and to see what HubSpot can do for us. However, currently, that requires us to sacrifice page speed. Of course, we could host our blog ourselves, and simply include HubSpot analytics, however, as said earlier, we're looking to fully "buy-in" to see what HubSpot can do for us without worrying that we're being limited in some way. jQuery version 1.7 clocks in at almost ~100KB and is loaded in the document's head. Ouch! That being said, the hubl tags are enjoyable to use, and I can see more developers preferring HubSpot over WordPress for their clients' blogs and websites. Keep up the good work!

When "creating a task" via a workflow, the user does not have the ability to select the type of task being created. This would be a welcome feature to have in the workflow tool.

We used to use Snapengage as our website chat provider, we switched to the new Hubspot messages feature when it became available which is a nice tool, but... we did have 10+ chats/day with Snapengage, now we've switched to Messages we've got 0/day!!! Can we have - 1. The ability to choose the length of delay in which the proactive message pops up after page has loaded. 2. The choice to play a sound in the visitors browser with the message pop up. 3. The choice to capture an email address if the chatter is offline and/or not already a contact. I also notice that Hubspot is still using Snapengage on their own product/sales pages (and capturing details like in a form when chatters are offline)?? is this because it has the functionality that converts visitors - to - leads? Please help, because at the moment it's looking like we'll have to switch back to Snapengage, and I don't want to admit defeat!

There is currently an option for "equal to" but not "not equal to". I know you can use regex ^(?!string) but it would be nice to make this easier 😛

As a marketeer, I would like to be able to select a featured image for landingpages created in HubSpot. Just like you can with the blog articles. Now the first image on the page is used when sharing a URL on social media. Which is almost never the image you want to show in the shared embed. Should be a small improvement 😉

Enable the option to post videos on LinkedIn, when I scheduel them for social media with through hubspot. Right now I have to post the videos directly on LinkedIn at the set time in stead of scheduel it in advanced but also I loose the tracking and statistics options from Hubspot.

It would be very beneficial to have an edit footer option in the design manager templates. Right now when you add JS to the bottom of the template (either in a custom HTML or HubL Module) it adds the content above the both the following JS lines. <script type="text/javascript" src="https://static.hsstatic.net/content_shared_assets/static-1.4040/js/public_common.js"></script> <script src="//static.hsstatic.net/slick/static-1.30/bundles/project.js"></script> This makes it hard for us to customize things like the Gallery slider. In order to add customizations (from Slick Slider) we have to do it from the "Edit footer" area in the page settings (as this code get placed below the JS files above).

Under Companies on the Android app it is not showing the linked contacts with that company like it does on the iPhone app. This is a must for our company to use Hubspot in the field!
