At the moment, we're only able to export the internal owner IDs of the campaign owners. It would be great to be able to export the names of the owners as well.   The use case is to validate the campaign names between HubSpot and an external integration. In the excel sheet that is exported, if the naming convention between the HubSpot and the integration is not followed, the campaign owners would need to be identified in order to correct the data. However, in the properties setting, although we can see the owner name and ID, we're not able to search for the owner based on the ID. Hi, I love the new look and flexibility of the tabs in the Marketing email. But it would be nice to have the custom filter tab that I place at the start of the list to stay there. When I open a new page the "All" tab is active by default and I want the one I created for only my emails. In the Users & Teams section in Account Setup settings, we notice that Permission Sets are sorted randomly. It would be incredibly beneficial if we could visually these sorted alphabetically.  ...read more

Hi,   Many of our customers send the same type of e-mails each week. Instead of creating a new one, they choose "reply all" in e.g. outlook, remove the info from last week, add new info and change the subject and send it instead of creating a new mail. When we receive the e-mail, it is connected to the old conversation since the ID of the thread is the same. Right now we are able to create properties for contacts with unique values, nevertheless, it looks that you can't update a contact based on this unique property.    I'm able to update any other object, such as deals, with their unique properties (expediente), and it would be a great advantage to be able to update contacts not only with email or record ID. We should be able to clone permission sets. That way you can take a standard profile and tweak it for the director levels. . .    Also I'm noticing some difficulties in general with the way hierarchical teams are set up in context of permission sets. . . seems inconsistent/disconnected.     ...read more
