Hubspot will make a very efficient PM tool. All one has to do is change "Deals' to "Projects". Apply a "project pipeline" instead of a "sales" pipeline. You can still assign tasks and track progress of projects in the same way Deals are being tracked. I would really like to use teh Hubspot platform to do this. Is it possible? The Hubspot Calling Feature is fantastic but I wanted to point out a very obvious flaw that will hopefully create a bit of efficiency for folks hoping to ramp their call velocity.    When you select a phone number to call, the window in the bottom right often pops up with "No associations" and makes you select the contact, company or deal you would like to associate with.    When a phone number is connected to a contact, it should automatically associate at least with that contact. Currently, if I want to allow a prospect to schedule a meeting online with Sales in real time, I can do so using Sales > Meetings. The challenge is that if its a new lead, I'd like a means of creating it, and having all information about that lead preserved, such as their Lead Source, Original Source, etc. Currently, all leads created using the Meetings tool, defaults the value of Original Source to offline, regardless of what the original value was.   If I use two forms (one up front to create the lead and a second to schedule the meeting), there are unnecessary steps or the user must fill in field values twice (because when scheduling the meeting, the values are not in the contact database yet.)   User Story: A Marketing User can create a lead form and embed the "schedule a meeting" function to allow a new lead to immediately book with a sales person or team (if team calendars are enabled.) Pooled availaiblity for the meetings tools.  We want to be able to provide one booking link that reflects availability for a team of people. So we would want multiple calendars & availabilities associated with one booking link, so a contact can schedule an appointment with any rep that's available at a given time & the rep can keep their personal calendar updated with accurace booking info. ...read more

I have the email exension for outlook on Mac which does allow me to track and log emails in Hubspot however every time I send an email I have to remember to click the sales tools and check those two boxes. There is not a way to set it to default to track and log like there is in windows. I want to be fast and efficient when creating emails and it's yet another step to check those boxes each time. I spend 4.5+ hours a day in HS and one of the key features that made it easier for me to manage and track progress with our automated nurture emails was the ability to sort by email name in the email analyze tab. The newest update of the analyze tab removed this feature, which is a bit frustrating. I had named our nurture emails based on the order in which they appear in the corresponding workflows. Being unable to sort by name means it takes me longer to go through and look at how each email is performing. Even with the same date filter and campaign filter that I used before, the analyze tab looks more cluttered than organized.  Hubspot, please bring back this sorting feature!  ...read more

I've created a translation of a landing page - originally in English now to German. Draft Page View – At the moment, the draft listing page does not show publishing time. This means we have to click into every draft to view the publishing time, which is very time consuming. It would be more helpful if the draft listing page should when a draft is scheduled to be published vs when it was scheduled. Bulk Approve – In addition to having to click into every draft to see publishing time, we have to click into every draft to schedule the post. It would save a lot of time if you we could bulk approve posts. View Drafts on Calendar – At the moment, you cannot see social media drafts on HubSpots calendar.
