Hi,   I think your team is on the right track adding a Task Priority option.  Now all you need to do is allow us to customize the selections there.  Perhaps it could be capped at 5 options to avoid clutter, but there must be more then "high".   This is CRITICAL for sales functionality.  In fact it is remarkably helpful for automation purposes as well.   It seems most of the work is done on this feature, just need to move it from a C- to an A now. ...read more

I created some queues for my tasks to organize the tasks.  Sometimes I need to pass a task to someone else to complete.  It would be great to have the ability to share queues, so shared tasks in a queue would already appear in the correct queue for the person who inherit the task. ...read more

Sorting tasks by time zone: it would be helpful to have the time zone associated with the company/contact appear in a column in "table" view. This way you wouldn't have to click into the profile each time to know if it's an appropriate time to call, and you also would get a nice overview and overall grasp of how you should structure your day of calling based on time zone.    Call tracks: it would be nice to not have to check a box and pick the next time to reach out every time a task is completed. Basically, the idea would be to allow the user to create a template of tasks spaced out to their liking that they could apply to individual accounts/prospects with a single click. When they click the check mark to complete a task it goes away, but the next task would automaticall be set for two or three days later. This means it would populate their tasks based on how often they are set up to call, and tell them what to do based on their pre-determined order of how to reach out to a prospect. You could still push tasks out, but this would automatically keep spacing between activities and automatically populate your tasks for an account. Wouldn't it be great to have an option to have tasks created from a workflow, "skip" weekends when assigning due date? I have my tasks setup to be due 1 day from creation at 5PM. Our response goal is 1 business day. So if I could get these tasks to not count weekends as days, that would be Nirvana. Kind of like how you can choose to have emails not send on weekends.   Does anyone know if that feature is available with the service hub? ... that might give me more amo to lobby for an "upgrade" 😉 LOL   ...read more

Tasks are created to followup any customer on right time. However, we need to track when the task was created and when it was completed. So that, we can analyze the performance of tasks with various customers.   Task Creation Date: Task Completion Date: Task Due Date:   Also, if we get an option to export or analyze these task creation, due and completion dates - it would be greate to streamline the tasks module for all product verticals.   For example, product 1 has task due of 2 days and product 2 has task due of 7 days.
