Currently, when files are sahred, the file can be downloaded by everyone who got shared with that specific document. However, there are certain times that we would not want the files to be shared. Thus, it would be great if we have an option to disable the documents to be dounloaded.

There is a great new dashboard in the marketing performance tab within each email that has been sent through HubSpots marketing portal. it shows how many times each contact has opened/clicked an email. unfortunatley at the moment there is no actionable way to use this information because you cannot add it to a smartlist or build a report out of it. It would be really great to see this be added as a contact property value so that we can use this as a way to prioritize sales follow ups based on email engagement.

As a user, I can configure to receive notification when a new article is updated or article has been updated in selected categories. use case: I would like to be notified when marketing team has added a new sell sheet, or an update to a process/procedure has changed.

So I'm using a competitors CRM and their CRM automatically searches LinkedIn and adds the persons LinkedIn profile URL link and also pulls their photo from LinkedIn and adds it to their contact card. HubSpot doesn't do this. Which is a pity. If HubSpot did this it would be much better.

I send certain emails every month to the same group of people. I would love to have the ability within the workflows to be able to send emails every month instead of just annually. The example that I have is when I sent a request for newsletter information in order to customize their monthly email newsletter that is sent to their patients.

Hubspot Team, Would be great to be able to clone Deal Pipelines or have Deal Pipeline templates as many of our pipelines are similar and now we are manually reacreating pipelines that are simlar or identiacal to other pipeleines. Thanks, Derek...

In the Form Options, there is a section where we can add email addresses who get "Notified when submitted". There is an automated email that gets sent that currently cannot be customized. Can we get access to customize this email?

HubSpot's Lifecycle is incredibly limited - we don't run our business against these very general and limited value. We have a custom field we have created for our own marketing lifecycle and use automation to set this field value based on different criteria. Coming from Marketo, where I could create my own funnel versus being locked into an existing one, I would expect a company as innovative as HubSpot to have figured this one out. We need to be able to create funnel views on dashboards using custom contact fields. Currently this funnel view is locked into HubSpot standard values. Minimally we should be able to see how many contacts are in what stage of our funnel in this view and also the rate that leads are moving to the next stage.
