Recently, our team upgraded to an enterprise level of HubSpot, so we are conducting an overhaul of some of the properties to determine what we could improve use of via calculations. One of the things I wanted to look at to help determine this, and help clean up our back end a little bit, was to look at our data quality and see what is currently not being used and help determine if we need it or if we can delete it.  Unfortunately though, I am unable to export this information, which means having to go and search one by one each property.  I think that this would be helpful for other users as well to help clean up and improve the quality of data in each CRM so as to best optimize with the creation and use of contact and company personas. ...read more

We are trying to improve our Website's performance so want to remove unused/unnecessary scripts on our site.   We have identified the Cookie banner script: https://js.hs-banner.com/v2/[unique-id]/banner.js .  We are using another tool for our Cookie banner so do not require HubSpot's tool.   According to Google lighthouse this is a resource of: 207.951 KiB   We shouldn't have to load this resource if we are not using it. So I want to request that it is not loaded if the Cookie tool is not used as it is negatively affecting our Core Web Vitals for no reason. ...read more

It would be wonderful if the HubSpot platform had send time optimization. For example, Iterable has this functionality, where you can set an email to deploy over a period of up to 24 hours. This is based on machine learning, where people receive emails when they are most likely to open/click. ...read more

I think it would be helpful to add 'Content Staging' to the Marketing/Website sub-menu (see attachment). It's combersome to have to navigate through the menu to website pages, wait for the page to load, then click on the 'More Tools' drop down and finally click on Content Staging.   Making a 4 click process into 2 seems more efficient and user friendly. ...read more
