Let's say I am sending out a company update email to all my contacts, this includes several personas whom all act differently. Persona 1 - Reads her emails at the end of the day when things are quiet Persona 2 - Reads his emails as soon as he gets in, making ready for the day ahead Persona 3 - Reads her emails during breaks from her main work To get the best engagement from all these personas I would have to clone the email and make 3 copies which would be scheduled at the best times for them. This would be a good thing to implement into the Send and Schedule tab of an email. To be able to create defined schedule times based on a contact property, such as a persona in my case. Hi Team, just came across quite a good use case 🙂 It seems that for now for our marketing email dashboard there would be analytics from people who have opened from a specific client. Although we can export some of the data under the "Recipients tab" > List actions > export > see the User Agent column, I thought it might be useful to bring it as a property, so we can filter it using our Lists Tool too. The use case would be (i)either sending email templates that are customized to different email clients (ii) if there are any email specific client content towards the recepients, it would be helpful too.

It seems to me that the Optimize tab in HubSpot Ads should incorporate all of the suggestions Google Ads throws at you via the Recommendations tab. It's one and the same tab essentially, and with the power of HubSpot and Google behind you, you just can't fail!

When you have a worldwide company, you should have the possibility to connect with social network which are popular depending of the country and the culture. For example, we would like to can integrate XING – the German network equivalent to Linked-In inside Hubspot.

In the Tags feature in Conversations, it would be great to be able to type in the first part of a tag and have it come up with tag suggestions based off of the text., Currently it is a drop down of options and we are tracking a large list of tags which means that drop down is larger that the screen size. This would also allow for very quick tag entry in the conversations area. Type, press enter, type press enter, ect.

When creating templates in design manager, particularly CSS templates, it would be useful to be able to generate a dynamic URL for this, similar to the way URLs are used in File Manager. If you are integrating a third-party plugin, such as an iframe on your Hubspot hosted page, and you need to reference a stylesheet in the source code of that iFrame via the third party website, you could just grab the URL of your hubspot css template and link it in the source. So for example, you are placing an iframe for a job hosting board on your site, and you want to be able to style that iframe using your "main-theme.css" template as the linked stylesheet. The job hosting service could place in their source code the URL to your design manager template "main-theme.css". This way, you could edit the css file in template builder, then refresh your page, and see the changes immediately, without having to re-upload a css file to file manager.

When you attach a file to an object it creates an empty note. Which is functionally useless. You should be able to a) upload a file without creating an empty note b) if that's unavoidable, have a (saveable) way to filter out empty notes.

Creating on behalf of our Japanese Community When creating a meeting within a contact record there's an "Add to google calendar" button next to the "save" button. I want to untick this button by default so I don't accidentally send a calendar invite to my contact.

I've been watching closely the keyword management along the whole HubSpot tool, and there's still a problem because nothing seems really connected. Today it look like this: 1) KW in the blog composer: just internal for the blog post writing, SEO analyze but just that. It does not actuallize Kw in the KW report. 2) KW in Campaings: it's more and administrative step, It doesn't get real info from google about the real performance of the KW. (and does not consider the KW in the blog posts) 3) KW Report: Ok, "apparentelly" you get Google info and stats about those KW. 4) Strategy: You seem to plan your content strategy, including KW, but you can only put 1 link (a pillar page) and It doesn't get metrics from the whole website to rate the content. 5) SOURCEs Report: You get to see the organic visits but when you want yo see the detail of the Kw that drove traffic/leads/customers it says "Unknown". I know Google is tacky with the info, but at this point you should REALLY consider some commercial arrangement about this.
