On the record page for a contact, we see their name, job title, and just below we see a row of very useful buttons: Note, Email, Call, Log, Task and Meet. The styling on Playbooks makes Playbooks very hard to read and really messes with the usability of this tool. It would be great if you had more control over the fonts and font sizes, etc.   But at a minimum please make the size of the fonts relevant to the hierarchy of information so it is more readable and easier to use.   i.e. Current Experience 'Update {object} property ({property name)}' - is the largest text on the page 'Heading 3 'and the 'Question/Prompt' are the second largest text on the page 'Heading 4' is the third largest text on the page 'Paragraph' text is the smallest text on the page   It would be a lot easier to read and use if it was styled as per the following: 'Heading 3' should be the largest text on the page 'Heading 4' should be the second largest text on the page 'Question/Prompt' and 'Paragraph' text should be the same size 'Update {object property} (property name})' should be a grey tone and italicised    ...read more

I've been setting up a new instance of HubSpot, and have been replicating properties from another of our instances without taking note of the properties internal values.   I understand that internal values cannot be changed on creation, but these properties now don't match with the properties used to map with an integration, so I've had to create new properties. Since deleting the properties, I've then had to create a new property, with a new name, since rather than properties being deleted straight away, I have to wait 90 days for the property to be removed from the recycle bin, meaning that we have a lack of consistency for 3 months across various portals.   Whilst having a recycle bin is great, to be able to restore properties perhaps accidentally deleted, there should also be an option to delete from recycle bin so that I can re-create using the same name, but different internal value. ...read more

I have seen many companies having on their website "accept" and "settings"+link to settings landing page instead of "accept" and "decline". I would just like to suggest that HubSpot would also have  "accept" and "settings" with a link to the landing page option as a standard. This would increase the cookies and be especially useful when implementing retargeting.  ...read more

Currently, when you have a back and forth conversation with a client, it gets assembled in a thread for better readability. But the thread gets duplicated as many times as there are emails within it. So a 10 email conversation with a client will generate 10 threads of 10 emails each on the activity timeline, so 100 emails in total to sift through if you are looking up the history!!!   For more ease of sorting through the emails and get on overview of the conversations with a client on the activity timeline, I suggest adopting the threading behaviour that users already know from Gmail or Hotmail: all emails of the same conversation get assembled in ONE thread, and it is positioned at the time of the latest reply.  ...read more

Morning Hubspot, having recently moved over to the platform permanently recently. I am incredibly disappointed by the iOS app. The web experience on a mobile is not much better.  If a member of my team leaves a comment on a note at company or deal level. You send me a no reply email with the comment. However on clicking the comment, I am taken into the iOS app where I cannot see the comment.  There is no connected thread on email between comment and response. And the user experience when mobile means, I have to log in to app.hubspot where the experience is not ideal on a mobile to find the comments. PLEASE Fix this.  ...read more

In our industry, when a deal closes, then 3+ months of custom manufacturing begins, with lots of email traffic around the build and shipment of a piece of industrial equipment.   Our sales and accounting teams need the emails related to a deal to be logged to the deal. However, after the deal is closed, the Sales Email Extension no longer associates the email to the deal automatically. Having to associate the flurry of emails manually is VERY cumbersome and just doesn't happen.   We need an option to continue to associate emails with a contact's deals even after the deal is closed.   Ideally there should be an option in the Sales Email Extension that lets the user select which deal(s) that the email will be associated with in Hubspot.   Alternatively there could be an checkbox in the Deal to toggle on/off the auto-association of email activity with associated contacts to that deal.   This feature would be a great timesaver and increase in efficiency.
