Currently, when you create an email with an A/B test, you are unable to to send it via "Smart" sending, i.e. to each recipient according to their time zone.   It makes sense that the period when the test is being run is a challenge for smart sending. Basically for each property I want 3 options to choose from: 1) Update value if blank 2) Append to value 3) Overwrite value   Sample use case(s): Append Option: Notes Field I have a comments field on my contact form where someone sends us a query. If that contact later submits another query I don't want to lose the previous info from my records. I want to see the new information appended to that field.  (Can't keep creating new properties and using smart properties).    Overwrite Option  Standard as happens curently with most fields, if a contact enters a new phone number it overrides the previous data to keep it updated with the latest information.   Update if Blank option - Lead Source When a lead comes in, I assign the Lead Source to it, but I only want that updated if there is no previous Lead Source assigned to it. I don't want subsequent forms to overwrite the value. To be able to set up a workflow which includes an email with latest blog posts (using RSS feed) i.e. "We haven't heard from you for a while, here's what we've been up to). This would be sent to contacts that may not be subscribed to the blog. Currently RSS feed emails cannot be saved for automation.  ...read more

It would be great to be able to continue using A/B testing for CTAs, once they are smart. Otherwise you have to first run the A/B test, and only after pick the winner to be used for Smart CTAs. Thanks! ...read more

I've contacted customer service who informed me that there currently no way to see specifically who has recieved a specific template. I know we can see a breakdown of who has recieved sequences, but I believe we should be able to see a breakdown for templates as well. This potential feature would be incredibly useful for my purposes as I will be using singular templates more frequently and I need to keep an accurate and detailed record of the performance of the different templates. ...read more
