The Prospects tool does not currently support filtering based on specific URL visits. 'Number of Page Views' is the only filter related to views/visits supported in the Prospects tool at this time. We have a pretty big sales team and we require them to respond to leads quickly to them being received. If a lead sits without a response for more than 15 minutes we are not doing our work the way we would like. We use a handful of workflows to distribute leads evenly through an auto-rotation.   Right now if someone goes on vacation I have to edit each workflow to remove them that day and then put them back in when they return.    The issue is that this then disrupts the workflow and it assigns back to back leads to the same person or generally doesn't work correctly. If I had some other way to mark a particular user someone as not taking leads that day so that it would skip them or mean I didn't have to edit each workflow automatically this would greatly help both my time spent and the issues my removing them and putting them back in creates.  ...read more

Hello! It would be amazing that the software recognize the links in a document. In our proposals we have a PDF that we send to our customers, and into the document you can find links like: "Do you want know more? Click here". Pressing here, the customers can be informed more about our services, and this links goes to our website.   Actually, the HubSpot software transform the PDF documents to an image, so this links is not available.    Thanks! ...read more

I would like to be able to pre-record a number of voicemails and select which one to use when I get Voicemail when trying to reach customers. (Posted on behalf of a cutomer)    It would be great to be able to use the property "HubSpot Score" in the workflow action to "Increment numeric contact property".    The use case for this idea, is so that we can increment the HubSpot score everytime a contact visits a specifc URL. Currently we are only able to set the manual lead score to add a point when the contact vists/has visited the URL, and the point is added only once.  It would great to be able to increment the score/ reenroll in the workflow everyitme the contact visits a specific URL.  ...read more

In the Form Options, there is a section where we can add email addresses who get "Notified when submitted". There is an automated email that gets sent that currently cannot be customized. Can we get access to customize this email? ...read more

I use the meeting tool extensively in my business.  All of my customer meetings are handled remotely and I use GoToMeeting for each.  My HubSpot Meeting tool is connected to my Google Calendar, and my GoToMeeting instance is connected to my Google Calendar, but GoToMeeting doesn't communicate between Meetings and Google Calendar.   Connecting GoToMeeting to HubSpot Meetings would be very beneficial.  That way I do not have to go into each individual meeting in my calendar and add the GoToMeeting instance.   ...read more
