I would like to see the ability within the keywords report to filter by the different columns. So I would like to be able to say show me results with a rank lower 50 but with a search volume of over 100. Currently, you can only sort ascending or descending on one column.    Also, it would be good to be able to select an option to see keywords that have moved up or down in the last week/month etc.   Thanks ...read more

Hey -    It's a real struggle for me to know which keywords of my keyword list are already used and in which articles. Takes me hours to find the articles matching the KW etc. Asked how to get an overview with a direct view of my KW and related articles to the support team who suggested I post that here as it sounded like a good idea..   It's done 😉   Thanks,   ...read more

Our company has 3 domains and we can only monitor keywords for one... would be amazing if we could have it all in one place through Hubspot rather than having to supplement with Google Analytics for the non-primary domains. ...read more

Hello, HubSpot Community! I have been using HubSpot to schedule social media posts, and I greatly prefer the old system. While the new social media scheduling tool looks nicer, I don't like that it limits to 15 posts at a time. This slows down the process of scheduling posts a lot, as sometimes I post up to 50 tweets at a time.    Please consider switching back to the old scheduling system or maintaining the option to use the old system.    Thank you, Lauren Dixon  ...read more

I am looking for the ability to clone the automated Hubspot emails. What I mean by this is the emails that are sent to us when someone submits a lead or visits our website. Currently I am trying to come up with a process where we a lead owner is sent an email when that lead revisits our website. I only want this to happen with a specific list of people though, and this function is only available when I create a custom workflow. But when I create this workflow I can not make an email that is similar to that automated email in which it includes a link to the users hubspot and salesforce profiles. If I were able to clone the default Hubspot emails and edit them this would be a possibility. Can you please add this feature? ...read more

It is currently not able to see the previous RSS email in RSS email editing page, users only can see the previous email on the performance tab. It would be great if we could see what we sent last time. ...read more

Let's say I am sending out a company update email to all my contacts, this includes several personas whom all act differently.   Persona 1 - Reads her emails at the end of the day when things are quiet Persona 2 - Reads his emails as soon as he gets in, making ready for the day ahead Persona 3 - Reads her emails during breaks from her main work   To get the best engagement from all these personas I would have to clone the email and make 3 copies which would be scheduled at the best times for them.   This would be a good thing to implement into the Send and Schedule tab of an email. Hi Team, just came across quite a good use case 🙂 It seems that for now for our marketing email dashboard there would be analytics from people who have opened from a specific client. Although we can export some of the data under the "Recipients tab" > List actions > export > see the User Agent column, I thought it might be useful to bring it as a property, so we can filter it using our Lists Tool too. The use case would be (i)either sending email templates that are customized to different email clients (ii) if there are any email specific client content towards the recepients, it would be helpful too. ...read more
