Hello,   I, and I'm sure others, think it would be more beneficial to have the default hyperlink option in blogs to be having them open in a new window. As of now, the default is to have the links open in the same window and therefore prompts visitors to leave the blog. There is the option to select a radial box and have them open in a new window, but you need to remember to click it everytime, or risk losing the visitor. Having the links open in a new tab or a new window by would allow them to remain in the blog and therefore a better chance of clicking the CTA.   Thanks, Ben     ...read more

It is pretty cool how you check out an knowledge base artikel if somebody else edits it and that you can comment on it.   However, many people are nowadays used from Google Docs that they can work in the same document at the same time. Such an experience would be super nice in your editor too!   Why should you care? We currently use Forms to request a service.  We ship stuff so there is a Shipping and a delivery address that needs to be added.  Since we can not use the "Street Address, City, State, Postal Code" fields more than once, I've had to create new form feilds that say "City 2, state 2, etc"   Would be helpful if we could duplicate the same form field multiple times for these instances. ...read more

The hyperlink in the emails I send in campaigns are really long and suspicious looking. The link should appear as it does in the html view in the edit window. From a cyber security stand point I would advice my staff to not click on these types of links as they look very suspicious.  I understand this is actually a function of a security measure and analytics tool on hubspot's end. In order to gather the click information and to limit spam click data in the analytics hubspot add a javascript redirect to the links in your email. But perhaps you could add vanity url capabilities instead. More and more businesses will be training staff on cyber security awareness and when they hover over links like this hubspot users may see a drop in clicks.  ...read more
