You should create a connector for use with Google's DataStudio Application. This would help us create a more robust report for our users and we can leverage the statistics that HubSpot provides. Currently, other services like Databox can connect to HubSpot to pull statistics from a portal to create dashboards. HubSpot's Lifecycle is incredibly limited - we don't run our business against these very general and limited value.    We have a custom field we have created for our own marketing lifecycle and use automation to set this field value based on different criteria. Coming from Marketo, where I could create my own funnel versus being locked into an existing one, I would expect a company as innovative as HubSpot to have figured this one out.    We need to be able to create funnel views on dashboards using custom contact fields. Currently this funnel view is locked into HubSpot standard values. Wouldn't it be great for marketers to be able to schedule threaded Tweets from HubSpot? Often, I'm given insightful posts from our SMEs that are too long for Twitter's character limit, but they have so much great information, I don't want to take anything out. I've found success with posting the threaded Tweets directly from Twitter, but then I lose out on using HubSpot to schedule these Tweets. Mailchimp has a feature that gives you stats of the top email clients your contacts are reading your emails in. This is very helpful for formatting and prioritizing optimization for different email clients; for example, Outlook is a nightmare for CSS spacing and if I knew that a large majority of our contacts were using it (which I suspect), I would focus more energy on that design process, whereas if a negligable amount of contacts were using Outlook, I would make it less of a priority. It would be very helpful to add all IP addresses to the Excluded Traffic list of any user that logs in to Hubspot.  By the simple nature the user is logging in to Hubspot, this would imply he/she is internal on our team.  We would like to block this traffic instead of gather lists of IPs as our team travels ...read more

Hi HubSpot team,   When I tried to export data from Session Country report in Web Analytics Dashboard, I realized that data can be exported: just in PDF, PPTX or ZIP format just on dashboard level (it is not possible to export just one report) I would like to be able to export data from any dashboard report (such as Session Country report) to CSV, XLS or XLSX for further analysis and visualisation in tools such as Excel, Power BI and Tableau.   Kind regards, Goran ...read more

Hi all,   The idea: To be able to bulk upload/import UTM tracking URLs (and potentially have a template sheet, like with contact/company imports)   Who for: This is for those who work in big portals, using URLs across many sources/mediums and making use of many keywords/ads/content in order to track where contacts are coming from better/easier.   Value: To make creating many URLs faster and easier, rather than creating a URL one at a time.   I just had a chat with the HubSpot support team and they specifically said that in order for HubSpot to track where a contact has come from - the URL has to exist the URL Tracking Builder tool. Who: content marketers; especially those working on the blog Goal: be able to measure success and visualize how the number of subscribers to the blog has grown over time Example: a previous version of HubSpot   There used to be a report that showed how the number of subscribers to the blog has grown over time as shown in a previous post to the community.   Now, it's no longer possible to view the data that way in the blog analytics, nor is it possible to create an equivalent custom graph.    When I couldn’t find the default report referred to in the community post, I tried making my own custom report, but all the combinations of filters and properties I’ve tried don’t show exactly what I’m looking for: how the total number of subscribers has grown over time. It seems like two key properties from the old graphs are no longer available: blog subscription date and number of blog subscribers.   The closest I could get was creating a list of all contacts filtering for "blog subscription is known" and creating a report that just shows the count of contacts in that list, but that loses the context of seeing in what month/week the number went up and it seems like I can’t set the date range I want to compare without another issue coming up. There's an option to view “this year” vs “last year” but I assume that’s the calendar year and our company’s fiscal year starts on Oct 1 and ends on Sept 30.  When I set a custom date range to compare, it no longer shows the total number of subscribers, but the amount of new subscribers from within that timeframe.   Can you bring back the old subscriber count report shown in the thread linked above or at least make it possible to choose "blog subscription date" or "date of first submission" for a specific form as properties in the custom reports tool? ...read more
