It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. Yas, we've got the feature of manage duplicates that's great. One thought is there's no way to bulk merge of contact and company duplicates, and you'll need to go through one by one manually.    I'm wondering if there's a better way for us instead of deduplicating one by one, which is literally unrealistic for enterprise users with mass contacts. We have a need for the option to add CC and BCC to emails that are sent from HubSpot. We have two important use cases for this. Use case 1: We have a registration form set up on our website. When someone registers, they receive an automated email from us through HubSpot saying "Thank you for registering!". Since we have a lot of different people signing up, it's very important for us to follow up on that email. If we could add CC to me on the email that is sent out, I could pick up the conversation with the person registering very quickly. I could simply press "Reply" on the email and continue the conversation with the lead. If I want to do this now with today's HubSpot solution, I'd have to copy/paste the lead's email address from the internal registration confirmation email, write a subject line that wouldn't confuse the lead, and then write the message to the lead. This delays the response time dramatically, and takes up substantially more resources. Use case 2: If we could add BCC to emails as well, it would give people two great advantages; (1) HubSpot emails could easily be integrated with almost ANY CRM (ex. USE CASE: We use a custom property to identity when a contact is known to be a dead lead. However, many of these contacts have pending tasks associated which are no longer applicable once a contact is dead. PROPOSED FUNCTIONALITY: Add a feature to workflows which would allow changing the status of a task or deleting it. Basically this would be just the opposite of creating a task from a workflow ... but perhaps a bit more complex to implement . Really need a report that shows a list of Deals in the Pipeline and how long each individual deal has spent in it's current stage. I can't believe other users aren't clamoring for this... very inportant!! ...read more

Right now you only have the abilty to create tasks in workflows. Other MA platforms allow you to merge fields and save into a note during autmation which is extremly handy for team members when viewing hisotry of activity.  For example someone fills out a form...you want all of that data in a single note so dont have to go look at each field... ...read more

We are trying to improve our Website's performance so want to remove unused/unnecessary scripts on our site.   We have identified the Cookie banner script: https://js.hs-banner.com/v2/[unique-id]/banner.js .  We are using another tool for our Cookie banner so do not require HubSpot's tool.   According to Google lighthouse this is a resource of: 207.951 KiB   We shouldn't have to load this resource if we are not using it. So I want to request that it is not loaded if the Cookie tool is not used as it is negatively affecting our Core Web Vitals for no reason. ...read more

Many people want to start using Hubspot with their entire company's email history associated with the correct Hubspot Contact/Company, and visible to all Hubspot Users.   For many companies, historical email history is the *single* most important record of the interaction you and your colleagues have had with your customers and prospects.   This is a vital and common feature to other CRM's, like Close, Pipedrive, Zoho, SalesforceIQ, FreshSales...the list goes on.   The current solution that Hubspot offers is NOT effective. We need the import of emails to be A) automatic, and B) historical (including before we started using Hubspot). Logging, bcc, shared inboxes, etc., do not cut the mustard.   There are third-party companies that offer this, such as Threads, & MigrateMyCRM, but we all want a native Hubspot solution.
