The new auto-formatting and validation feature for phone numbers is a step in the right direction.   However, the current integration seems to be missing the mark with regard to user experience. I was unable to find any articles or posts in the Help Center announcing the new auto-formatting feature. The only Knowlege Base article that pops up when searching "phone number validation" is a detailed breakdown of editing default contact properties, and then there is only a reference to the validation and formatting being applied "automatically by Hubspot based on the country code."   This feature is certainly a step in the right direction, but several improvements are needed to improve the user experience and make the feature more functional overall (noting that recent comments on an "old" idea thread are already being discussed here; skip to page 7).   Suggested improvements include:   Global Setting to Enable/Disable auto-formatting at the account level - currently, the feature is enabled by default with no disable setting available Global Setting to assign a default Country Code - currently, the Country Code must be selected manually for every new contact (see screenshot below) Bulk edit phone numbers to apply Country Code format & validation -- currently, only able to apply formatting & validation when editing one individual contact at a time OR when adding to new contacts manually added (not via web forms -- this is needed, too) Retain "number only" format for export and/or sync to other apps or integrations to remove non-number characters (parentheses, plus sign, spaces) Default behavior of phone number formatting & validation when creating a new contact:     There are likely other enhancements that other users, especially those not based in the US, would appreciate. ...read more

I'm in the process of setting up calculated properties to use the new "time between" feature in reporting, and realized that, in the 'time between' calculations for properties, I'd like to have access to the option 'today,' which would be a dynamic date set as the value of today's date. That would allow me to track dynamically how long has it been since a deal has been created ('today' minus 'create date' = how far along we are in the sales cycle up till now).  ...read more

I would like to set up field dependencies for Contact Properties, to ensure that my Sales/Marketing team are updating contact details correctly.   For example, I would only want certain fields to be editable against a contact record if another field against the contact had a certain value.   Thanks! Would like to see the ability to restrict users from viewing properties, in a similar way that you can restrict the edit access of properties to specific users and teams.   This would give more flexibility to custom fields, and hide team specific information from teams where that information would not be relevant. ...read more

It would be nice to have functionality in the drag and drop builder to change the way things look/stack on desktop vs mobile. For example, if I have a row with image on the left and text on the right, added functionality would mean I could switch the way they stack on mobile to be right over left instead of the standard left over right. Additionally, if I wanted to hide things on mobile like an image or text for whatever reason, that would be helpful, for example a header image on desktop that is hidden on mobile since it takes up to much real estate, etc. ...read more

Perhaps I'm just missing the functionality, but with the new CTA tool (I love the freedom of design and some of the new power), I can no longer create smart versions, nor A/B test things like color or copy. Can those be brought back?    ...read more

BLUF: A view that we can delete but cannot edit? As HubSpot super admins, we have access to all the resources and components built by us or others. However, we are unable to change or edit the views. We can only delete them, which doesn't make sense. This creates a lot of dependencies as we have to involve stakeholders like the CEO for minor non-functional changes. Simple changes that could be done in seconds sometimes take weeks to get approval from senior stakeholders. It doesn't make sense that we can delete views but not edit them.
