It would be really good to have conditional logic on Playbooks, where if on question one the rep selects option A it displays question 2, if they select option B it jumps to question 3 etc. We have a wide variety of enquiries coming into Customer Service and Playbooks could be really beneficial to them, but at the moment I would either have to create multiple playbooks or have questions in there that are irrelevant for certain enquiries. It would be very useful if HubSpot automatically assigns the Deal's currency to the Custom Deal Property formatted as currency or if at least it gives the option to select the currency you want to use on the custom property, as of right now the amount that is set on the custom property is the one chosen on the Account Default settings. When creating meeting links in Hubspot it has the option to pick when a meeting can be scheduled. Currently there is a limit of 11 weeks.   Having no limit or a yearly limit would be extremely helpful as we schedule annual and quarterly calls with clients usually 3-6 months out in advance.  We are trying to get additional individuals on Hubspot but they schedule by the quarter and 11 weeks does not allow far enough out in the future for scheduling with customers. ...read more

Currently it is possible to type in a yearly goal in the goals module, past or present years. But even though an account it set up with a fiscal year that does not align with the calendar year, Hubspot insist that "yearly goals" = calendar year.    That does not make sense for any company reporting on a fiscal year not aligned with the calendar year.   If we cannot use the goals module to report on goal attainment in our dashboards, then what is the point?   Thus, I pledge for Hubspot to either DEFAULT make yearly goals align with the fiscal year in an account setting or make it optional when typing in the goal. ...read more

Hey team! It would be great if it were possible to customize the default deal name. When creating a new deal from a contact/company record, for example, some customers may want to automatically pull in both the contact and the associated company's name. Others may want the deal creation date pulled in automatically or the deal creator's name. If there were any opportunities to pull in known info when creating a deal from anywhere other than scratch, I'd love to see those as potential pieces of info to include. Thank you! ...read more

This idea delivered Google Meet functionality to events booked through Meetings links: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Add-Google-Meet-link-to-Meetings/idi-p/196737/   However, the Calendar Sync integration, which can hook up to the Schedule functionality on CRM records, does not do this. Events scheduled from the CRM that are added to users' calendars via Calendar Sync, do not get Google Meet links added to them automatically if the setting is enabled in the user's Google Calendar.   ...read more

I would love the ability to translate properties.    We operate in 6 different languages and often use properties to personalise emails. However for properties like countries or regions, we can't use in for all the languages as they are all set up in English.    So usually i have to clone the property, translate and then use a workflow to append the correct value.    It would be great to be able to hold multiple translation for one property. ...read more
