Would like to see the ability to restrict users from viewing properties, in a similar way that you can restrict the edit access of properties to specific users and teams.   This would give more flexibility to custom fields, and hide team specific information from teams where that information would not be relevant. ...read more

It seems that there is no way to sort and organize line items within product libraries. Products are sorted based on import or create date within HubSpot.   My company builds product libraries and folders based off a tiered pricing approach (I.E. we have a Tier 1 Folder containing all of our products with a SKU # of T1 Product A, T1 Product B, etc. Tier 2 Folder containing all of our products with a SKU # of T2 Product A, T2 Product B).   As we add products, we do not have the ability to sort them alphabetically. I know this has been proposed many times before by other members, but I too would greatly benefit from being able to apply, modify, or remove tax on a line item level on quotes.   Product library entries should have tax properties saved, and then I should be able to apply tax to only the line items that I want at the quote/deal level. ...read more

We have specific use cases where conversations/tickets are assigned to specific members on the team based on the region where the contact is located.    We are able to successfully reassign tickets based on contact/company properties BUT are limited to just the standard conversation assignment for our inbox. It would be AMAZING to either assign conversations based on the ticket owner (https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Assign-Ticket-Owner-to-Associated-Conversation/idi-p/269373) OR be able to assign owner within the workflow.    Currently the workflow automation for conversations is VERY limiting and preventing us from using automation to maximze our team.    ...read more

Hi,   I created a report that used cross reporting across contacts and companies, and within the report I can add a date filter.    However, when I add it to my sales dashboard, the date filter for the whole dashboard doesn't seem to affect that particular report.   So, for now, I need to manually change the date range each time.
