It would be really good to have conditional logic on Playbooks, where if on question one the rep selects option A it displays question 2, if they select option B it jumps to question 3 etc. We have a wide variety of enquiries coming into Customer Service and Playbooks could be really beneficial to them, but at the moment I would either have to create multiple playbooks or have questions in there that are irrelevant for certain enquiries. We need a native property with the "Today's Date" field that stores the date of the day, so that we can make time calculations, for example, between the date of the stage that the business entered and "Today's Date" and so we will have the time that the business is stuck at that stage in real time. And many other possible calculations. I know that in Enterprise I can do an automation every day to fill in this date, but in other licenses this automation is more work, if it had this native field it would help a lot. ...その他を表示

I am wanting to delete a few deal properties (Hubspot users) we used for agents are no longer with us, but it says we cant archive/delete the properties because they are being used. looking further into it, the property is being "used" in "views". is there any way to delete or to get around this issue with out messing with the views of which the property is not used in.     ...その他を表示

It would be great if HubSpot allows users to upload a file when creating a new record via internal forms. I tried uploading a file through the "Create Deal" form, but even when a custom property with the "file upload" field was added to the form, the field only accepts text input and there is no option to upload files.    At this point in time, the only way to do this is to attach a file to the deal record after it is created. However, this involves a few additional steps and it would be a lot more user-friendly if we could upload files directly to the deal record through the internal "create deal" form.  ...その他を表示

HubSpot recently released a great new feature for redirecting to a Meetings scheduling pages from a Form submission. It's now possible to send prospects straight through to a Meetings link page if their form responses meet certain criteria. However, it's not possible to group multiple conditions together, eg Job title is "executive" AND Mobile phone number is known. We have multiple criteria for designating leads as MQLs, so without this option our Marketing team is unable to use this tool effectively to route MQLs (and only MQLs) directly to our SDR team's booking links. It's important for us to protect the SDRs' calendars and only allow prospects who meet all of the MQL criteria to book meetings directly in their calendars. This leaves us reliant on third party tools (eg Chili Piper) that have this functionality. ...その他を表示

Currently to clean up properties and archive them you need to remove the property from all views it is used under which might be created from other user meaning you would need to contact them and check manually who created each with.  This is a time consuming effort that requires a to get involved all parties that created views.  There should be a simple way to remove a property from existing views for admins and potentially leave a note as notification for the reasoning to people that had it in their views.  ...その他を表示

Perhaps I'm just missing the functionality, but with the new CTA tool (I love the freedom of design and some of the new power), I can no longer create smart versions, nor A/B test things like color or copy. Can those be brought back?    ...その他を表示
