For the current beta "Tasks in the Sales Workspace" there is not an option to start a task or group of tasks     It should have the start features found on the tasks view so reps can go through tasks 1 by 1.       Based on feedback we have recieved, this works better than the 3 panel section found on the home summary section of the Sales Workspace.     ... Merging contacts in HubSpot is super helpful, but sometimes, I realize too late that I’ve chosen the wrong primary contact. Right now, the only way to fix this is to cancel and start over.   Wouldn’t it be great if we had the flexibility to swap the primary and secondary contact before finalizing the merge? A simple click on that little arrow could save time and prevent errors.   This small tweak would make contact management even more seamless and user-friendly. If you agree, upvote this request! Since a few days, a prefix is automatically added to the campaign name for 'Campaign UTM' in HubSpot campaigns. That´s not optimal for mapping the campaign (e.g. with paid media spendings) information to third party data platforms e.g. PowerBI or BigQuery, also to combine these information in HubSpots Custom Reports or Web Traffic reports like in Google Analytics.     Please make the 'Campaign UTM' value editable or remove the prefix.   ... Hi,   We would like an option of selecting any custom deal number property as the amounts to split in a Deal Split (split more than one property, and select which ones to use)   Our sales rep quota is based on both Gross Profit and Revenue. Currently, only the Amount property splits when creating a Deal Split.    The inelegant solution is to create another property that equals if(has deal split), 2nd property/2, but this is a hassle when switching between reports and who is viewing those reports, since the property used would need to switch between the Total and Split versions depending on the circumstance.      Also, being able to use custom number properties in Forecast Goals would solve many problems for us. Currently, Goals can only be set for Amount. As a result, we need to use a separate report for Revenue forecasting (since Gross Profit is our Amount value)   ... Afficher plus

It would be really useful to have an index page for meetings similar to the 'tasks' page. Currently the only way to see booked meetings is in individual contact files or as a custom report.    Having a filterable list of meetings (or any activities really for that matter) would make planning and workload distibution much easier.   Alternately, this could also be solved by the option of including meetings in the tasks list. Since meetings are actions that are usually future planned our staff will generally create a task that corresponds to the booked meeting so there is a visable and trackable item in the same place as their tasks list. This is a complete waste of double handling that could easily be solved by an integrated activities index page. ... Afficher plus

As of Sep 2024, you can backup the entire HubSpot ecosystem, but somoene needs to go into settings and press the button to start the backup.  It would be awesome if there was a way to run that backup automatically.  Is there? Thanks! ... Afficher plus

Idea:  Create the ability when working on help desk tickets to draft and save emails, that are viewable and editable by team members.  This feature was extremely handly in helpscout, it allowed my support staff to draft email responses to customers and ask me to review them.  It gave me the option to edit the response and even send it, when dealing with high profile customers this feature comes in handy. Right now the workaround is to draft an email in notes and copy it back.  ... Afficher plus

It would be really good to have conditional logic on Playbooks, where if on question one the rep selects option A it displays question 2, if they select option B it jumps to question 3 etc. We have a wide variety of enquiries coming into Customer Service and Playbooks could be really beneficial to them, but at the moment I would either have to create multiple playbooks or have questions in there that are irrelevant for certain enquiries. This could also be useful to sales reps as well, particularly if there are product-dependent questions they need to ask. ... Afficher plus
