Currently I'm running into the issue that i cannot delete an old property, when they are still being used in a view. As a superadmin, I'd like to have the possibility to overrule this and delete this anyway.   Because I'm not able to edit the view that is managed by another user (of which I also cannot see which user) and delete this property from their view.   Currently this leads to clutter in our database. ...read more

Currently it is possible to type in a yearly goal in the goals module, past or present years. But even though an account it set up with a fiscal year that does not align with the calendar year, Hubspot insist that "yearly goals" = calendar year.    That does not make sense for any company reporting on a fiscal year not aligned with the calendar year.   If we cannot use the goals module to report on goal attainment in our dashboards, then what is the point?   Thus, I pledge for Hubspot to either DEFAULT make yearly goals align with the fiscal year in an account setting or make it optional when typing in the goal. ...read more

It seems that there is no way to sort and organize line items within product libraries. Products are sorted based on import or create date within HubSpot.   My company builds product libraries and folders based off a tiered pricing approach (I.E. we have a Tier 1 Folder containing all of our products with a SKU # of T1 Product A, T1 Product B, etc. Tier 2 Folder containing all of our products with a SKU # of T2 Product A, T2 Product B).   As we add products, we do not have the ability to sort them alphabetically. It's a very manual process to build out line items and have them in a specific order within the product library today.   Any solutions other than deleting all of my products and doing a mass import so they show up in the order I need them to?  ...read more

Hello!   My idea is to create an import and export approval flow within HubSpot. Currently, the only permissions available related to this is to allow or block both functionality for users.   However, that way either the user loses their autonomy and puts all responsibility for these actions to the admin - who probably has other things to worry about - or we put the security of CRM data at risk with untrained people having this functionality.   I wish there was a way that any CRM user could request to import or export data, but only a few users with specific permissions could approve that request. For that, it would be necessary that the user with access to approval could check which data is being exported or imported.   For Enterprise customers like me, this is a deal-breaker on investing more in CRM.   Best, Felipe Felix ...read more

It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time.  We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both.  It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view. ...read more

Currently HubSpot automatically optimizes content (e.g. emails) for mobile devices. Especially when creating large workflows, sometimes HubSpot or the browser crashes, necessitating multiple smaller workflows to accomoplish one goal.   Sometimes, you have a great branch in a workflow that you'd like to use in another pre-existing workflow, so you have to rebuild it...    There has to be a better way: We need the ability to copy/clone branches of a workflow and then copy/paste them into pre-existing workflows. I could see this working like the Saved Sections part of the Email builder, possible.   This will add great value to HubSpot. No longer will you be stuck re-inventing the wheel with workflows: When you have good elements from one workflow that another one could benefit from, it will take seconds instead of minutes or hours. When you have a gigantic workflow, you don't have to fear an unexpected crash that wipes out the fourth branch of 20 filters: You simply just build one branch in a separate workflow and can copy it into a larger workflow. This flexibility will give everyone in the system the flexibility to build workflows using the building blocks from other workflows.     ...read more
