Currently, using HubSpot's conversation system, if an agent is set to "away", they will not get assigned chat conversations but they will get assigned form submissions on a round-robin basis if they are tied to an email that the form is submitted (a general email, such as support@company.com). We should be able to have the "away" status apply even to form submissions as vacations and sick leave exist, and it's a very standard feature for most ticketing/conversation applications not to have anything assigned to an agent that is 100% unavailable. ...read more

Who: This is a valuable feature for marketing and Sales.    What: The goal is to use a round-robin calendar to make all of our consultants' time slots available on one view, and have the client pay for the time slot to confirm the consultation time they booked. This is currently possible on a one to one calendar (great addition of the payments feature here by the Hubspot team).    Value: This will allow us to show maximum consultant availability while still gating booking a consultation with payment.    Looking forward to hearing feedback from Hubspots product team on this. I recently started to utilize automatic assigning for my internal support team, and while the chats allow us to assign based off of availability, the emails don't. This function would be very helpful to be able to ensure that emails are not being missed while assigned to away users! Or, as I've seen in another feature request - allowing conversation owners to be unassigned through a workflow based off of agent availability. That would be the most helpful.  ...read more

Posting on behalf of customer.    In the event an assigned user is sick or on holiday leave, we don't want emails in the Inbox auto assigning to them. Rather, we want those emails to remain unassigned so leaders can manually round-robin them to other available users.    Currently, when we set a user to away, the expected behaviour is that they still get assigned emails.      ...read more

It would be perfect the option to hide some properties from some users. We need to do this kind of configuration in almost all customers we have. Just blocking the edit does not prevent users from seeing the information in the properties, which is what we need. ...read more
