Without naming any names, your customer service is better than any VOIP provider I've ever dealt with.   The integrations they build for HubSpot are clunky, and I wish everyone the best of luck getting help from them to troubleshoot problems with their integrations.   We're logging the calls in HubSpot anyway. Presently there are generally 2 options for the cookie banner. Opt-in or accept all. This doesn't come close to covering the breadth of global cookie regulations and basically forces us, if we want to be completely legal, to make everyone in the world opt-in for cookies when that isn't necessary.    We need the ability for people to opt-out. There should be an option to add a decline button and a preferences link to the notification banner when you aren't requiring opt-in. You should also be able to add a preferences link under "do not sell or share" per CCPA requirements. It appears to me that the general functionality exists, we just need to be able to access the preferences, with the default set to accepted instead of declined, and then have a way to add the correct buttons to the banner and the footer of our pages.  ...read more

BLUF: A view that we can delete but cannot edit? As HubSpot super admins, we have access to all the resources and components built by us or others. However, we are unable to change or edit the views. We can only delete them, which doesn't make sense. This creates a lot of dependencies as we have to involve stakeholders like the CEO for minor non-functional changes. Simple changes that could be done in seconds sometimes take weeks to get approval from senior stakeholders. It doesn't make sense that we can delete views but not edit them. Currently, when we create a product, it can only be sorted in one category / product folder. If a customer has several offers and he wants to sort his products by offer, he will have to follow the following case: 1 offer = 1 category / product folder. Currently, we cannot add the same product in several categories. The current solution would be to create a new product for each folder but this requires not having the same reference/UGS...   Would it be possible to give us the possibility to add / associate a product to more than one category? ...read more

Adding this feature to HubSpot would help companies who have a compliance department or companies seeking collaboration tools. Keeping all stakeholders / decision makers on HubSpot platform would be smoother and easier for tracking. In Spain, and it's supposed to be worldwide, there are important fields that needs to be fulfilled correctly by the Sales/Marketing people, for example DNI (Identity National Number) or NIE (Foreign Identification Number).   As these two examples are crutial when filling data to be double checked, even more when there were integrations that uses them presumes that information were correct from origin, it should be a great workaround to allow the use of regular expressions as part of the Masking Rules of these kind of fields. I would love to set a mininum value for amount so Reps don't put in bad numbers like $0 or $1, and instead wait until they know how much the deal is worth to update the property.   If the Min value Limit was editable here that would be great.        ...read more

It is not possible to set a period of rolling weeks above 10 weeks.  You could at least increase it for six months. Beside that, there is not a default mode to set it to the maximun roling weeks. So everytime we set a new calendar we need to remember to change that. ...read more
