Currently, using HubSpot's conversation system, if an agent is set to "away", they will not get assigned chat conversations but they will get assigned form submissions on a round-robin basis if they are tied to an email that the form is submitted (a general email, such as support@company.com). We should be able to have the "away" status apply even to form submissions as vacations and sick leave exist, and it's a very standard feature for most ticketing/conversation applications not to have anything assigned to an agent that is 100% unavailable.

I recently started to utilize automatic assigning for my internal support team, and while the chats allow us to assign based off of availability, the emails don't. This function would be very helpful to be able to ensure that emails are not being missed while assigned to away users! Or, as I've seen in another feature request - allowing conversation owners to be unassigned through a workflow based off of agent availability. That would be the most helpful.

It would be super useful to be able to see all the attached files in one place, and not have to search for them one by one, deal by deal. I know there is a section in Marketing > Files and templates > Files, where you can see the files, but there are both attached files and images and other documents that are also used in email templates. It would be ideal to be able to see only the attached files in the deals/companies in the same place or folder.

Posting on behalf of customer. In the event an assigned user is sick or on holiday leave, we don't want emails in the Inbox auto assigning to them. Rather, we want those emails to remain unassigned so leaders can manually round-robin them to other available users. Currently, when we set a user to away, the expected behaviour is that they still get assigned emails.

It would be perfect the option to hide some properties from some users. We need to do this kind of configuration in almost all customers we have. Just blocking the edit does not prevent users from seeing the information in the properties, which is what we need.

Currently it is possible to type in a yearly goal in the goals module, past or present years. But even though an account it set up with a fiscal year that does not align with the calendar year, Hubspot insist that "yearly goals" = calendar year. That does not make sense for any company reporting on a fiscal year not aligned with the calendar year. If we cannot use the goals module to report on goal attainment in our dashboards, then what is the point? Thus, I pledge for Hubspot to either DEFAULT make yearly goals align with the fiscal year in an account setting or make it optional when typing in the goal.

We would like to be able to restrict visibility of sales email exchanges on contact records while still allowing our team to view the record itself. Would love an added degree of granularity beyond the object level for limiting visibility/editing access!

I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling that the attachments section of Hubspot could use a facelift. Here are some of the functionalities I believe are a MUST for Hubspot going forward: Renaming uploaded attachments Association options (add or remove associations) Easy upload of attachments to emails, notes, meetings, etc. from a contact, company, deal, or ticket Searching attachments for keywords in the title Filter attachments by date uploaded, modified, file name, file type, etc. A view all menu A property history menu, to see when files were uploaded when they were renamed, reassociated The option not to associate an attachment to a record

It seems that there is no way to sort and organize line items within product libraries. Products are sorted based on import or create date within HubSpot. My company builds product libraries and folders based off a tiered pricing approach (I.E. we have a Tier 1 Folder containing all of our products with a SKU # of T1 Product A, T1 Product B, etc. Tier 2 Folder containing all of our products with a SKU # of T2 Product A, T2 Product B). As we add products, we do not have the ability to sort them alphabetically. It's a very manual process to build out line items and have them in a specific order within the product library today. Any solutions other than deleting all of my products and doing a mass import so they show up in the order I need them to?
