When a form is submitted, the information populated on the contact page is not 1. easy to find or 2. easy to read. However, when the email from noreply@ hubspot.com sends the notification of form submission, the information is presented in a clean, easy to read, and visually appealing way.    I've asked multiple times over our course of using Hubspot if these emails could be sent into our Hubspot inbox, thereby being able to link them to tickets, contacts, deals, etc. easily, and been told this is not possible.    Now I am seeing these form notifications coming into my Hubspot Filtered Inbox (a step in the right direction even if it is confusing my Hubspot contacts) but when I went to add a rule to never filter noreply@hubspot.com  I am told that there are certain automatic filters that Hubspot puts in place for the Conversations tool that cannot be changed, including:    Emails sent from noreply@ hubspot.com will be filtered. Outside of allowing these forms to come into Hubspot so teams can use the information in one place without having to struggle to locate and use the information provided. , this particular automatic filter should be able to be overridden by adding   to the "Never mark these conversations as spam" section of your settings. I am wondering if there is a way to upload the 'attachments' on a contacts page to be in folders instead of just uploading into a bit of an unorganised mess.   If that makes sense. For example with recruitment purposes, if we could create a 'Compliance' folder within EACH contacts page in the attachments section where I could upload any right to work documentation, passport details, etc etc & then another such as a 'Contract' folder that we could keep all contractual documentation, your employee signed contracts, employee details & bank details and so on, together in an easy to find location without having to root through all uploads.    I believe the attachment section could still automatically uplaod everything but then ideally i would like to be able to file these documents into easy access locations. ...read more

Hi HubSpot, I'm missing in HubSpot one feature and I believe I'm not alone. From my point of view HubSpot losing a lot of potential in eCommerce.   A would like to talk about product recommendations or product personalization. This feature is commonly based on ML or AI and another automation tool like Marketo, Exponea, Mautic have this feature.   Product personalization commonly works on visitors behavioral and show them the product what they more likely to buy. You need only product feed, web tracking and something like embed code put to your website or email or blog or wherever customer could see products.   I believe that personalization has its place in Inbound methodology. So why not?   I know it's a big development so maybe find some partner and integrate this feature or the whole solution.   What I know this feature will open HubSpot the door to the eCommerce space.   What do you think? ...read more

I work on Hubspot Professional version and we integrate it with Quickbooks and other software which have field length restrictions. I expected to be able to set field lengths as an attribute of a property but cannot find anywhere. What happens now is that our Deal Name, for example, is getting truncated to the 41 characters QB handles. This isn't optimal.  Please add the ability to set a max character length (and really for other validations such as Min, required, and unique) for our properties like most databases, Salesforce, and in general most software out there that allows customization of any kind. I want to ask HubSpot to support if statements in email templates as soon as possible. It would be a really big help in providing customized content to our potential customers in our emails.   We currently support 7 languages.   Currently, all the personalization has to be done in either 7 different templates for the languages, or in the 7 email itself and by the help of many lists.   You can guess that for example to support different languages or countries, you would have to create really a lot of emails and lists to provide such personalization, even though we could access it over properties very easily. We have prospects, customers, and partners who have many attachments/ documents associated with the accounts. Annual Maintenance agreements, Partnership Agreements, POs, Quotes, Presentations...etc. Hubspot CRM currently only allows you to manage attachements on an individual basis, and you have to load attachments into the GUI in smaller groups. This can make attachment management and location very time consuming.
