When logging E-Mails the Attachments Section gets messed up with a lot of logos and icons (i.e. facebook logo, LinkedIn logs, etc.). It can easily get a few hundreds over time making it difficult to find the relevant attachments. Goal: Find relevant attachements easily and avoid messing up the attachments sections of contact (allow being in control of it) Value: Save time. HubSpot should make things easy and not kill time. This request should address 2 things:   1. Allow to suppress that these irrelevant logos, icons, etc. get logged in attachments (give users control over it) 2. Make attachments searchable within the attachments section (i.e. search for a picture, MS Word, PDF, etc.) to get fast what a user is looking for For examples you can look at similar ideas already in the system. ...read more

Especially when creating large workflows, sometimes HubSpot or the browser crashes, necessitating multiple smaller workflows to accomoplish one goal.   Sometimes, you have a great branch in a workflow that you'd like to use in another pre-existing workflow, so you have to rebuild it...    There has to be a better way: We need the ability to copy/clone branches of a workflow and then copy/paste them into pre-existing workflows. I could see this working like the Saved Sections part of the Email builder, possible.   This will add great value to HubSpot. No longer will you be stuck re-inventing the wheel with workflows: When you have good elements from one workflow that another one could benefit from, it will take seconds instead of minutes or hours. When you have a gigantic workflow, you don't have to fear an unexpected crash that wipes out the fourth branch of 20 filters: You simply just build one branch in a separate workflow and can copy it into a larger workflow. It would be excellent if we could adjust the column within the product library and add more columns. We can do this in the company overview and contact overview. Unfortunately not in the product library. Shouldn't be a big effort. With the new eCommerce bridge, we can see the items purchased on a deal record, however, we can't from the contact record so therefore, in order to get the purchase history for a client, we have to click into every deal. I have a client who is a wholesaler and their customers order about 20 items per order and place orders on a weekly basis. So you can probably see how this soon becomes a lengthy task. Some of their customers will call the help centre and place orders over the phone as well as online, so it would be really useful for a sales rep to be able to see at a glance types of products the customer regularly purchases. So for example, the wholeseller is in the food industry - Their clients may buy Pizza Dough, Pasta, Cheese, Oil etc, if they phone and place an order, the rep would want to say, 'thanks for your Pizza dough order, you usually also order Cheese and Oil' and use this as an upsell opportunity without having to go into every deal. - So they'd want to see not every order, but the items purchased (No need for duplication) ...read more

Hi HubSpot, I'm missing in HubSpot one feature and I believe I'm not alone. From my point of view HubSpot losing a lot of potential in eCommerce.   A would like to talk about product recommendations or product personalization. This feature is commonly based on ML or AI and another automation tool like Marketo, Exponea, Mautic have this feature.   Product personalization commonly works on visitors behavioral and show them the product what they more likely to buy. You need only product feed, web tracking and something like embed code put to your website or email or blog or wherever customer could see products.   I believe that personalization has its place in Inbound methodology. So why not?   I know it's a big development so maybe find some partner and integrate this feature or the whole solution.   What I know this feature will open HubSpot the door to the eCommerce space.   What do you think? ...read more

   Hello!    We are facing a lack of HubSpot regarding the cookies settings. The GDPR enforces all websites to notify to all visitors when their data are being stored, this process should be totally explicit for the users, as their data should be treated only when the user accepts cookies, meaning the cookies should be switched off by default, only turned on once accepted.     We know Hubspot can erase their cookies but, however third party cookies are still being used on Hubspot's landing pages (creating these landing pages in Hubspot). Hence, how do we "switch off" the 3rd party cookies at Hubspot landing pages? This should be possible to do so from Hubspot itself.     Also, as many of you might know, many websites offer the possibility to accept or decline certain types of cookies, this is 100% UX, and Hubspot doesn't take this into account.      With this idea my suggestion is that Hubspot should offer the possibility to accept or decline which type of cookies the user accepts. And if this causes to many struggles, than Hubspot should be able to offer the possibility to decline all the cookies (including the 3rd party coookies).     Please vote up! ...read more

There should be a way to show the total pipeline size in a historic month, even if it was created in another time period.  For example, a June 2019 pipeline would show pipeline created in June but also relevant deals created in May, April, March and other prior months. This would allow for the analysis of pipeline size over time, a vital measure of momentum.  ...read more
