HubSpot recently released a great new feature for redirecting to a Meetings scheduling pages from a Form submission. It's now possible to send prospects straight through to a Meetings link page if their form responses meet certain criteria. However, it's not possible to group multiple conditions together, eg Job title is "executive" AND Mobile phone number is known. We have multiple criteria for designating leads as MQLs, so without this option our Marketing team is unable to use this tool effectively to route MQLs (and only MQLs) directly to our SDR team's booking links. It's important for us to protect the SDRs' calendars and only allow prospects who meet all of the MQL criteria to book meetings directly in their calendars. Our organization utilizes the auto create ticket for new email messages to help manage trends and reporting. While there are some canned reports for live chats, it is difficult to gleam WHY clients are chatting. To help rectify that, for now I have a ticket opened/closed per chat conversation.    I would love to see a setting that would allow the Service Hub to auto create a ticket per chat conversation. I can then utilize custom fields for my reporting needs and ensure 100% of our chats are logged via tickets.  ...read more

It would be really useful to have an index page for meetings similar to the 'tasks' page. Currently the only way to see booked meetings is in individual contact files or as a custom report.    Having a filterable list of meetings (or any activities really for that matter) would make planning and workload distibution much easier.   Alternately, this could also be solved by the option of including meetings in the tasks list. Since meetings are actions that are usually future planned our staff will generally create a task that corresponds to the booked meeting so there is a visable and trackable item in the same place as their tasks list. Include an option in workflows to delete a contact. So if they meet the criteria to be entered into the workflow, it would then delete them from our database entirely. Currently HubSpot automatically optimizes content (e.g. emails) for mobile devices. However in some cases this can be frustrating as it leaves a user no actual control over how an email is being displayed.   It would be great to have the ability to manually edit the layout of marketing emails in the preview (like in the D&D editor) ...read more

I want to ask HubSpot to support if statements in email templates as soon as possible. It would be a really big help in providing customized content to our potential customers in our emails.   We currently support 7 languages.   Currently, all the personalization has to be done in either 7 different templates for the languages, or in the 7 email itself and by the help of many lists.   You can guess that for example to support different languages or countries, you would have to create really a lot of emails and lists to provide such personalization, even though we could access it over properties very easily.   When using the HubSpot Data Sync Integration with Dynamics there is a limitation of being unable to sync/map with properties that have drop-down, radio select, and checkbox properties.   We have Marketing Hub Professional and even added Operations Hub so we could create custom field mapping, but it is limited in the property types it can map to.   Because there are properties that I cannot sync within HubSpot, I must manually go into Dynamics and pull and upload into HubSpot. I'd like HubSpot to implement the custom field mapping of drop-down, radio select, and checkbox properties with Dynamics so I can create all lists within HubSpot. ...read more
